Therecyclablematerialsexstracted(metals, plastics,glass,…)arethencleanedandsterelyzed,acquiringastrongcommercialvalueandonlymoretoseparatefromtheflock(thingthathappensinfullauthomatism)
Theorganicmaterialsarereducedintocellulosefibres,soproducinganewinertmaterialwhichcanbeusedforenergyproductionorasrawmaterial:thisis«Flock»
Attheendoftheselectionlessthan10%ofwastes(thatisinertmud)isdischarged,inacontextinwhichthelandfillsarealwaysmorerareandexpensive,furtherthannotacceptedfromthepeople!
TheefficacyoftheseparationmaybetocounseltheNOTdifferenciatedmunicipalsolidwastescollection,butreallytheresultsobtainedfromthedifferenciatedcollectionarebetter,atleastinreferencetothebiogasobtainedtoendofworkmanship!
Acompleteinstallationisexstremelyprofitable(optimalincome,minimalfunctionningcosts,completeenergeticautonomy)andrapidlypaybleoff(2yearsaverage)
Emissionsarefarinferiorincomparisontotheimposedlimitbythecurrenteuropeanlegislations: practicallyinexistent!

Emptyissocreatedinsidetheautoclave,thensomesteamisintroducedatatemperatureof160°Cuptothereachofapressureof5,2bar,whichismaintainedforthewholeprocess
Attheendofthe144minutesprocess,theautoclaveisdepressurizedandalmostonehalfofthesteamisrecoveredforusingitagaininthenextcycle
Theloaddoorisfinallyopenedandthewastes,cleanedandsterilized,arepouredontotheautomaticselectionplatform
Thedifferentrecyclablematerialsareseparated(inclinedandwithholesconveyorforliquidsandflock,magnetforferrouselements,inductionrunningforaluminum,infraredforrecognitionofthedifferenttypesofplasticsthroughinfraredrays, …)anddistributedintotherightcontainer
Theorganicmaterialsdulytransformedin«Flock»aretotallyrecovered,toproduceenergyorasfirst-secondmaterial(asafterbetterexplained)
The2x3,7tons(25.000tperyear)and2x15tons(100.000tperyear)systemsaresuitablerespectivelyforpopulationsof50.000and190-200.000inhabitants(accordingtotheeruopeanavarageof527annualkgsofwastesproducedbyeachperson)
A2x15tonsseparationunitneedsacoveredspaceodabt.4.000m²(withoutconsideringtheeventualnecessaryspaceforFlockAnaerobicDigestionplant)
Duetothemodularconceptionofthesystem,itispossibletoreviewitscharacteristicsinordertoimproveitscapacitiesandrespondtoanincreasingdemand:increasingwithyourFirmmodularity!

6. «Flock»generallyrepresents40/45%oftheMSWandarriveto60-65%withpaperandcardboardwhenUNdifferentiatedcollection.
Themostecologicandprofitablesolutionistotransformitintobiogasthroughananaerobicdigestionprocessforatleast15days,inordertousethisbiogasinsideofacogeneratortoproduceelectricityandthermalenergy
Itcanalsobeburntdirectly(producingalessquantityofemissionsincomparisontowhatestablishedbytheeuropeanlegislations),orbeingpreviouslygasifiedforabetterredditivity(descouragedsolutionduetohighcosts)
