• For Software Development JTEKT has chosen : Automotive SPICE (Software Process
Improvement and Capability dEtermination),

• An Application Lifecycle Management become necessary with the
increasing complexity of the project

• Our first objective was to be able to monitor software development project
• Using one single tool make our project management and monitoring easier and faster

members inside 200 projects

• First used by software people. Now all member of the Technical Center is now in relation with JASON
• Our main Tuleap tools at the creation of a project : Trackers, Agile Dashboard, GIT, Subversion (for software
package and draft documentation) and Documents (for published documentation)

What’s next ?
• Continuous improvement is beeing done on Tuleap Platform.
Collaboration between JTEKT and Enalean
• Since our range of users include people with « high software skills » to « not friendly with
computers » -> our target is to continue to make it easy to use for all people.
• Trackers will be the center of our effort while our usage of Agile Dashboard will continue
to grow.
• An interest on Git Pull Request is here, but further developments are necessary.
