21. Our company roots can be traced back to 1950s when R. O. Turkkan (Phd, Columbia
University) started working with B. F. Skinner on educational psychology. Prof. Turkkan
established over 100 program instruction schools in USA. After moving to Turkey, in 2004
he and his son Tugrul Turkkan founded ALGEtraining & consulting, which soon ranked
among Turkey's top education consultingcompanies, with over 30,000+clients. The first big
success of the company was its innovative speedreading software & training which became
a standard application for top managers in Turkey. This was followedby the corporate E-
mail reduction software & trainingwhich was another instant success among the largest
conglomerates of the country. The first motion graphics andanimated videos were used as
part of the e-learning of these two products. The effectiveness of these videos convinced
the company to expand to this area. The brand “Vibons” was created in 2014 and in just one
and a half years over 150 projects were completed. In this short time multinationals such as
Coca Cola, Allianz, Vodafone, Ford and Mitsubishi became Vibons customers. Based on this
huge success Vibons decided to offer its services to international customers using the new
