Arranging that equipment gets prepped before being delivered to the customer premises/site. Placing of
services order on Subcontractor for installation and integration/commissioning.
Liaising with customer PM/ILO for work-ref and site readiness. Subcontractor management during
deployment; obtaining sign off and QA Certificate from customer PM/ILO after completion of work as per
