13. Please Be Advised About Our Safety Measures During Delivery
In most cases, the container is sealed only one seal. This is due to the fact
that delivering empty container to the factory, shipping line is obliged to
issue a seal, but the type and amount is not specified. This measure may
not provide complete security of cargo, so the experts of our company
developed a set of measures to minimize the risk of theft at sea and land
transport.
• We can use:
• “Bolt seal" is a one-time lock to be installed the into the holes in the container locking devices. It has a unique
serial number that is entered in the consignment note. Depending on the type of container, it may be from 2 up to
8 holes cask seals. Some containers have the same holes on the second door for greater security.
• "Cable seals" that allow us to connect the rod container with each other, eliminating the opening of both doors,
without cutting off any cable. The seal is made of metal wire twisted into a rope and a castle with a personal,
unique number, which is entered in the consignment note. Cable possible to cut only by bolt cutter or similar tool.
• "Numbering tape" Lets stick together between the doors, door and bottom of the container, door hinges. When
peeled off from the surface appears to "open." Re-gluing impossible. Each piece of tape, length 150 mm, has an
individual unique number that is entered in the consignment note. To remove the tape does not need any special
tools, so the lock function does not perform. Also, it can come unstuck in the rain or in highly contaminated

vehicles with cargo from the port to the destination.

Forwarding department 1 day before the release of the
customs declaration. The information comes from our
department of customs clearance.
Conclusions

opinion, they can only work in conjunction with each other as well as cover all the
weaknesses in the security of modern container shipping.

- «бочковые пломбы» Представляет собой одноразовый номерной замок для установки в специальные отверстия на запорных устройствах контейнера. Имеет индивидуальный порядковый номер, который вносится в ТТН. В зависимости от типа контейнера, на нем может быть от 2х до 8ми отверстий для бочковых пломб. Некоторые контейнеры имеют так же отверстия на второй двери для большей безопасности.
- «тросовые пломбы», которые позволяют связать штанги контейнера между собой, что исключает вскрытие обоих дверей, без обрывания троса. Пломба выполнена из металлической проволоки, скрученной в трос и замка с индивидуальным, неповторяющемся номером, который вносится в ТТН. Трос возможно разрезать только при помощи болтореза или подобного инструмента.
- «номерная клейкая лента» Позволяет склеить между собой двери, дверь и основание контейнера, петли дверей. При отклеивании от поверхности появляется надпись «вскрыто». Повторное наклеивание невозможно. Каждый кусок скотча, длинной 150 мм, имеет индивидуальный неповторяющийся номер, который вносится в ТТН. Для снятия ленты не нужны никакие специальные инструменты, поэтому функцию замка не выполняет. Так же может отклеиваться во время дождя или при сильном загрязнении дверей контейнера. Нужно использовать только в сочетании с пломбами.
Дополнительно, мы можем фотографировать контейнер, запорные устройства и пломбы при выезде из порта.
