  2. 2. 1<br />A patient presented with a large DO with missing buccal cusp.<br />
  3. 3. 2<br />A Wave-Wedge is placed, then the cavity prepared.<br />
  4. 4. 3<br />A V3 Tab-Matrix is inserted between the wedge and the restoration.<br />
  5. 5. 4<br />A V3 Blue disposable plastic ring is placed to adapt the matrix to the tooth and separate the teeth. The pink Wave-Wedge has been replaced with a larger purple wedge at this point, a job that can be done without removing the ring.<br />
  6. 6. 5<br />After rebuilding the proximal wall, the ring and matrix are removed.<br />
  7. 7. 6<br />Completed restoration before finishing.<br />
