Organic Launch Optimization Project: PM of a uniquely innovative project sponsored by
the PMO. In researching areas of opportunity to minimize our PMO's work I uncovered the
average time it took to launch a new partner to be around one month. After a one year
project which required help from all of Hostopia's divisions we were able to reduce the time
to launch to one hour. We were recognized at the Deluxe's (Hostopia's US mother
company) town hall.
o My Role: Creator/Project Manager/SME/Tester
o My Team: 20 people: 4 developers / 14 process experts / 2 system administrators
o Time line: 14 months from Research to Maintenance. Nov. 2013 – Jan. 2015
o Impact: Savings estimated of $1 million per year due to increased sales and labor
savings.

XO Migration: Project manager of a migration of 90,000 domains and 200,000 emails to
the Hostopia platform. Our goal was to seamlessly migrate these accounts to Hostopia
while ensuring existing functionality and requirements are met. My role entailed
developing the project plan, schedule, statement of work, monitoring schedules and costs,
assessing risks, action items, and reporting on progress.

o Impact: $900,000 monthly recurring revenue stream

Bell Canada Sign-up Server: Project Manager to deliver a Sign-up Server in a very tight
time line to deliver 200k of 4th
quarter revenue. Using agile project management
methodology we successfully launched a new sign-up sever for Bell within 2 months. I had
to elicit scope and document changing requirements while also writing a project plan,
statement of work, controlling change requests and completing QA and UAT before the end
of the year.
