Akij Tableware is a local brand who have embraced this
desire people like my mother have for tableware to treat
plates and glasses as more than just dishes on a table.
Akij Tableware delivers international standard products
to the local market. The products are not only of
immaculate quality, but they also come in luxurious
designs, which are only made possible due to the local
and international talent on their team. Though we Have
started our journey on 27 Dec, 2021 we have seen
immense response of our product both in local &
foreign market.

As I have joined in human resource department, I must know what

As far as we all know Akij is a renowned group of
company, it provides lots of facilities to all
employees. All these impacts are arranged
sequentially by describing its strength, weakness,
opportunities & threats.

moreover payment system is updated.
Increment system is highly
appreciable than other industry.
Accommodation facilities both for
staff & employees make more positive

school bus service system make all
their family more reliable & safe

buyer, designer, consultants) coming from
different parts of the world. They are
cordially received & make sure their needs
whatever they want.
Pick & Drop facility is our strength. For office
stuff & also employees micro bus & staff bus is
available in 3 shifts. So, Transportation system
makes more secure to us
9. WEAKNESSES
Face punch issue- Almost 3000 employee
are working in our plant. Insufficient
punch machine creates problem
frequently.
Factory boundary area isn’t secure.
Need to install wall maintaining
proper height.
Insufficient number of CCTV in boundary
area is another weakness factor.
Moreover recording system isn’t
available here. If it enable, it will be more
easier to investigate in any abnormal
situation. It must be minimized and
eliminated.
For Proper information sharing in time to
time from different security gate, we feel
the necessity of wakitoki.

Form this analysis, I can say that our plant provides opportunities to
employees, helps to create proper healthy environment which differ from
any other group or private industry in Bangladesh.
I share with my reporting boss to minimize the hindrance of our plant &
try to co-operate as much as possible.
