Bio:
Tony is a 33 year Intel veteran who joined Intel in the UK in 1983. Over a successful 17 year career
in Europe he held many Management & Leadership positions across multiple organizations
including: Logistics, Q&A, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. In 2000 Tony relocated to Portland
Oregon as part of Intel’s Information Technology Organization where he led the design and
implementation of Intel’s (and the industries) first Web Invoice Solution, an integral element of the
atomization of Intel’s global supply chain. In 2004 he joined the Human Resource Employee
Services Organization, where he successfully led the global design & implementation of a corporate
wide Expense Reimbursement solution to over 40 countries and 90,000 Employees world wide. In
2007 Tony returned to Oregon after completed a 2.5 year International assignment as country HR
Director for Intel Philippines, and in July of that year was announced as Intel’s Global HR M&A
Director. In November 2009 Tony was named Director of HR for SSG sitting on SSG Staff. In that
role, responsible for supporting the General Manager/ Senior Vice President of SSG (our now Intel
President, Renee James and her direct staff in all aspects of HR operations including: Staffing,
Organization Development, Leadership development and Organizational capability strategy and
execution. Intel's Software and Services Group (SSG) work to increase the value of Intel's products
by enhancing all levels of software that executes on Intel based platforms. SSG’s goal is to provide
competitive advantage through software and services by maximizing the return on Intel’s current and
future products and services through software leadership, strategic enabling, products and services.
Primary sites include Oregon, Washington, Santa Clara, Argentina, Russia, China, Germany and
Israel. Since the appointment of Renee as Intel’s President, Tony remained as HR Director for SSG
supporting Doug Fisher (the new SSG Leader), and at that time expanded his role to also become
the HR Director for all of Intel’s Corporate Groups (SMG, CMO, Finance, IT, Legal, & Intel Capital).
Tony led the HR team that integrated McAfee in 2015, and assumed his current position in
November 2015. In his role Tony is responsible for the corporations Coaching, Mentoring, and
sponsorship programs as well as leading a global team of leadership & learning consultants who are
the interface to Intel’s business groups on all organizational, and individual development and
learning requirements.
