1. Jin Lee
Senior Executive, Mobility and IoT
Jin Lee is currently an entrepreneur, investor and mentor for Mobility and IoT start-ups in the Silicon
Valley. Jin is also serving on several corporate Boards and Advising C-Suite executives in the area of
Mobility and IoT.
Prior to retiring from Accenture in January of 2015, Jin Lee was the Global Managing Director of Accenture
Mobility, within Accenture’s Digital organization. In this role, Jin was responsible for operational and client
management for Accenture’s cross-industry Mobility offerings and capabilities in consulting, applications,
managed services, and connected device engineering services. Jin oversees more than 10,000 skilled
mobility professionals servicing 46 Fortune 100 companies and a growing portfolio of over 4,900 Mobility
projects across the globe.
Since Jin joined Accenture in 2003, he has bought over 25 years of consulting and professional services to
clients across multiple geographies and industries including experience in the communications and
technology industries. In his most recent position of Country Managing Director of Accenture Korea, Jin
was responsible for the company’s strategy and business growth objectives in one of Accenture’s priority
emerging markets.
During his tenure with Accenture, he has served as the managing director for the Europe, Africa and Latin
America region and global sales lead, both in Accenture’s Communications, Media & Technology operating
group. Jin’s key areas of expertise include corporate strategy and change management, transformation
outsourcing, business process outsourcing, IT strategy, and marketing/sales strategy in the fields of
telecommunications, media, high technology and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and
manufacturing.
He has run large-scale projects for multinational organizations in Europe, the Middle East, the United
States, Asia-Pacific and Africa. Jin has also worked closely with some of the world’s largest and most
successful communications and high tech companies on major transformational programs that helped refine
their core business strategies and direction. He has also made significant contributions to the development
of Accenture’s outsourcing offerings in these industries around the globe.
Prior to joining Accenture in 2003, Jin had long and successful career at IBM, where he held a wide variety
of consulting roles for a number of major projects over a fifteen year period. He received his master’s
degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. Jin
Lee was born in South Korea, grew up in the United States and has lived in Asia and Europe.
