would be a great addition to your department.
Toni’s current position as a Financial Aid Counselor gives her opportunity to counsel students regarding
financial aid and other personal matters that would be a great benefit for the position she is applying
for. She is very concerned about students and always treats them with respect and dignity. The
students come to like, respect and trusts Toni. They know that she will clearly explain any questions
that they might have about their financial aid and that she will watch out for them, so that they will not
be faced with any surprises while attending WesternU.
Toni has excellent written and verbal communications which she has proven by writing policy and
procedures and correspondence with students, staff and faculty. Toni has outstanding organizational
skills and is able to successfully complete multiple tasks with favorable results. Toni has implemented
the Federal Work Study (FWS) program here at Western University of Health Sciences and has done an
amazing job. She has the respect of faculty, staff and students that she assists with FWS program.
In closing, Toni is extremely knowledgeable and pro-active, enjoys working with and helping students,
works well with all her colleagues, will always go the extra mile to assist students and staff and comes to
work ready to conquer whatever the job demands.
