I am very pleased to provide this letter in support of Ms. Toni Litke’s. I have known and
worked with Toni as a colleague since June 2010. Toni was hired as a Financial Aid Counselor
and then was given the opportunity to developed, manage and run the Federal Work Study
(FWS) program in the financial aid office at Western University of Health Sciences of which she
has done an outstanding job. Ms. Litke has provided over the past 16 years of working in the
student services area her dedication, knowledge, professionalism, experience and overall
enthusiasm in working with students.
Toni’s professional demeanor and attitude has helped to create an atmosphere in the Financial
Aid Office that fosters positive and productive relationships between, the staff, her colleagues
and students. I further believe that Ms. Litke fulfills the job requirements you seek in that she is
an outstanding team player, is a proven trainer and supervisor with her peers and students, and
already participates in numerous workshops and orientations for students on our campus.
The one thing that stands out to me in recommending Ms. Litke is her immense enthusiasm for
everything she does and that is why I am highly recommending her as she will engage and
excite students and promote the University with a positive attitude.
