Natori city in Miyagi prefecture is the most suitable city as Japan’s SV.
I have 3 reasons why.
Natori city has few snow in winter and the temperature is not so high in summer.
-> Workers will live or stay comfortably.
There is “Sendai airport” in Natori city.
-> When workers go abroad, it is convenient.

There are sea and shopping mall in Natori city.
