A lot of times new people are viewed by veterans in the field as inexperienced
and are frequently ignored. I take it upon myself to guide and mentor as much as
possible because I too have been in their shoes. Many people forget how it feels
when they just started. I always remember where I come from no matter where I
am now.
 Can succeed in the moment.
 Can respond willingly to the demands of
the moment.
 Can stay productive when demands of
work are pulling them in different
directions.
 I have been in many different fields of
work in the past. My current work
sometimes requires last minute changes
on work assignments which I adapt to
