10. A lot of times new people are viewed by veterans in the field as inexperienced
and are frequently ignored. I take it upon myself to guide and mentor as much as
possible because I too have been in their shoes. Many people forget how it feels
when they just started. I always remember where I come from no matter where I
am now.

Editor's Notes
A lot of times new people are viewed by veterans in the field as inexperienced and are frequently ignored. I take it upon myself to guide and mentor as much as possible because I too have been in their shoes. Many people forget how it feels when they just started. I always remember where I come from no matter where I am now.
