Truck Superintendent
As Superintendent in Sonora, assumed lead role in start-up of trucking department and
oversaw truck shop planning and construction. In May of 2009, coordinated move of
facility, drivers and equipment from Sonora to Odessa when the West Texas Division
was relocated. Current fleet consists of 70 employees (drivers, mechanics and safety
personnel), and 34 rig moving trucks and associated equipment. Directly accountable
for over $300 million in property, equipment and supplies. Odessa Trucking
Department had 1,458 days without OSHA recordable accident in over 800 rig moves
and 100% Satisfactory Rating on all Department of Transportation audits.

Upon coming home to Texas, returned to Fowler as truck driver. Assigned to oversee
development of new location in Barnett Shale. Worked with realtors and company
management to research, plan and acquire new terminal site.

As Operations Manager in Palestine, oversaw relocation of equipment to new yard in
Tucker, Texas. After one year was promoted to Terminal Manager and directed to
implement new yard in Alice. At that location was responsible for 40 trucks, 4 cranes
and 6 forklifts.
Fowler Trucking, Kilgore, Texas 1989 – 1998
Operations Manager/General Manager
Joined Fowler Trucking as haul truck driver. Promoted to Office and Field Supervisor
in 1991. In 1995 became Operations Manager for the I.E. Miller/Fowler Trucking
facility in Kilgore, and then was appointed Terminal Manager in 1996. In October of
1996 served as General Manager for the company when they purchased Heldt Bros.
Trucking out of bankruptcy and oversaw the task of allocating equipment throughout
four locations in South Texas.

Supervisor/Coordinator
After beginning career as truck driver in Kilgore facility, was promoted to Field
Supervisor and then named as Operations Coordinator/Truck Supervisor in the
Longview location with 38 water trucks, 500 frac tanks, 20 rig-moving trucks, 15 drilling
rigs, and 18 work over rigs.
