6. Quality Control Procedures
Incoming Quality Control
1. Supplier delivery the materials to our warehouse area to be inspected, IQC check the Mat. number, name,specifications etc.according to the delivery
orders and related data.
2.IQC check OK/NG issued inspection notice to Mats, and make sampling check according to AQL standard on the basis of engineering data, BOM,
engineering drawings and other data of the samples were tested,And make the corresponding decision,Record incoming inspection report.
3.If IQC judge conforming materials if qualified, and notify the storekeeper for storage, if not qualified to inform IQC, PMC engineering, QC, production,
purchasing, and relative staff to make material nonconformity review, and ultimately make the decision: return, accept on deviation, selection.
InPut Process Quality Control
1.Production department arrange material according to the production schedule from PMC, line supervisor make first sample when all materials are
ready and fill in the first sample report to IPQC. After first sample qualified ,arrange the production to the product line, If the first sample not
qualified,then inform line supervisor to remake and analysis of the failure,starting production until the initail sample qualified.
2.IPQC do the full inspection for 5 initial samples and do finished product inspection during production process, the production staff to check their own
quality of their station, and then flow to the next station, line supervisor and IPQC do supervision. LQC do full inspection by electric
parameters,structure, and appearance to all the product during production.
3.LQC do waterproof test, aging test. Do aging test directly for indoor lights. IPQC check if there is exception during tests, and make the record.
Outgoing Quality Control
1.LQC retest the electric parameter after the aging test,then pack properly,transfer to the storage area. Warehouse keeper inform OQC to inspect, OQC
inspect according to AQL standard of sampling, and in accordance with the finished product inspection specifications, engineering information, customer
information etc. qualified to notify for storage, not qualified to notify the production department rework.
2.Warehouse keeper handle product storage and put the product in the designated position.
3.Deliver the goods as required by the client.
