plastic. Main products: GRE pipe applied to offshore platform and marine engineering, GRE pipe
for the oil field, GRE pipe with larger size for chemical industry and LNG industry, FRP pipe for
fresh water and sewage disposal. Our product has been already widely used in domestic market,
such as CNOOC, Sinopec, CNPC, Shanghai Wai Gaoqiao Shipyard company and other

Our Marine GRE pipe fully meets the requirements of the IMO L3 fire -resistance and ASTM F1173
Jet fire-resistance; this product has a very low smoke performance.
Each pipe should have the pressure test by using the automatic press, in order to make sure all the
pipes and fittings are qualified.
The test center will test the pipe and the fitting in accordance with the requirements of the
International Standard.
Professional and experienced on-site training engineer will train and guide the installation person on
the site or on the Web.

原材料：管道采用的主要材料高强玻璃纤维系美国PPG公司和Owens Corning公司的产
品，基体材料环氧树脂等采用美国DOW化学公司及国内大型企业的产品。
产品制作过程控制：管道采用全自动化微控生产系统，严格按ISO9001标准要求进行控
制，大大减少了人为因素对质量的影响。
Raw material: The main materials include the reinforced fiber-glass from PPG company and
Owens Coming company and the epoxy resin from the American DOW company and the
domestic large enterprises.
Effectively audit operator in process: pipe is manufactured using computer-controlled
equipment, so that it can meet industry’s ever more exacting needs for quality products and
