Position: Health Informatics(HI) SolutionCoordinator Senior
PositionSummary
Thispositionisresponsibleforthe operational supportformultiple contracts/programsrelated

Essential Functions
30% 1. Operational Support – Servesas subjectmatterexperttointernal and
external customers. Utilizesknowledge andexpertise toresearchandresolve
issuesina timelymannerandtothe customer’ssatisfaction.Providesdirection
to internal team.
25% 2. RequirementsAnalysis- Providesinputto the businessandfunctional
requirementsforsoftware products andservices,includingenhancements
basedon programand productknowledge.Providessubjectmatterexpertiseto
alignprogramrequirementswithproductrequirements.
15% 3. Product/Project Validationand Delivery- Collaboratesandcoordinateswith
projectleads andinitiatesprojectprocesses.Providesproduct/projectlevel
validationtoidentifyissuesandrecommend changesif needed. Troubleshoots
identifiedissuesbasedonprogramknowledgeandsubjectmatterexpertise.
Completestasksanddeliverablesontime.
15% 4. Documentation - Creates,updates,andreviewsdocumentationandprovides
inputforclarificationanddetail,ensuringinformationisaccurate,thorough,and
followsestablishedprocessesandcompliance requirements(i.e.508
compliance standards).Identifieswhere additionalinformationisneeded,and
the most effective mode of creatingandcommunicatingthatinformation.
5% 5. Training - Createsand reviews trainingmaterials. Makesrecommendations
for new trainingmaterial orforenhancementsbaseduponprogram orproduct
knowledge andexpertise.Coordinatesandfacilitateslive orrecordedtraining
sessions.Performsknowledge-sharingpresentationstointernal andexternal
customers.
5% 6. ClientManagement– Assistswith clientneedsanalysisandassessment.
Assistswithmanagementof client expectationsandrelationships.
5% 7. Miscellaneous- Performsmiscellaneousdutiesasassigned.
Requirements
Four yeardegree inbusiness,healthcare,orIT and 3-5 yearsrelatedexperience;orequivalent
experience inrelatedfield; Demonstratedexperienceinhealthcare qualityimprovement,
healthcare informationmanagementand/orhealthcare informationtechnology(HIT);
- 2. intermediate experience workingwithWindows andPCbasedsoftware products;experience
workingina deadline drivenenvironment,handlingmultiple tasks;goodwrittenandverbal
communicationskills.
Positionsworkingonspecificcontractsmay require U.S.Citizenship.
Because of the nature and immediacyof the work,the abilitytomaintainregularand
predictable attendance isessential.
