This letter is my personal recommendation for Tim Dabney. I have been Tim’s
immediate supervisor for the past year. Tim brings stability, clarity, focus, and a welcomed
humor that makes the work place more productive and pleasant.
Besides being a joy to work with, Tim is a highly professional, take-charge person who is
able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed
several marketing plans for our company that resulted in increased revenue. He is a capable
manager, able to work with a wide variety of personality types. He believes everyone deserves a
chance to prove themselves and provides every employee with opportunities to succeed. Tim
sets the tone for the office and leads by example.
Tim’s management skills are supported by his ability to communicate in both verbal and
written mediums and with a wide range of people. In addition to writing a Certification program
for our distributors, producing a company handbook, and resolving employee relations issues,
Tim assumed a leadership role in sales meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees with
creative exercises and communication.
I highly recommend Tim for employment. He is a team player and would make a great
asset to any organization. My people and my company are better for having Tim in a leadership
