Tommy Twardecki is a very talented and motivated individual. He is committed and dedicated to his
responsibilities. He clearly exhibits a desire to accomplish successfully every task that is given to him.
He has many qualities that would make him an asset for any employer. He is very self-disciplined. He is
always on time, and ready to work. He always approaches work with a contagious enthusiasm. Tommy is very
goal oriented. In the time I have known Tommy he has met almost every goal he has set for himself.
He never backs down or shies away from any task given to him and he meets everything that is thrown at him
head on with a great attitude.
In order to be successful one must be a self starter, and very organized; Tommy is both. He also proved himself
through work and sports to be a great team member. Tommy always works well with everyone that he comes in
contact with. He has excellent work ethic and determination. Although I would personally recommend Tommy
to anyone, everyone has room for improvement, and this is another of Tommy’s strong points, he takes
constructive criticism very well. He is always willing to listen. He has taken advantage of every opportunity
given to him throughout his life to learn and expand his knowledge.
I believe Tommy will prove his seriousness of purpose with great success in any challenging rigorous
environment that you put him in.
Bringing Tommy on as an employee will be an extremely fortunate event for whichever employer he chooses to
work with.
