• Daily Management of an Apache fleet of 15 aircraft, ensuring that scheduled and fault-
based maintenance is conducted to ensure operational readiness.
• Led a team of 40 engineers ensuring daily engineering requirements are met
• Ensured continuing professional and personal development of the team.
