I have known Mr. Theologos Liotopoulos, in my capacity as Director of AKMI IVT, which
is the largest private educational Institution of Vocational Training in Greece. Mr.
Liotopoulos had been an active member as Deputy Director of our branch in
Thessaloniki from Oct. 30, 2013 to Feb. 16, 2015. During this period, Mr. Liotopoulos
was responsible for supervising the operations of the Administration and of the
Technical dept. Since June 2014, he was promoted to also undertake the supervision
of the dept. of Education, where his duties involved the management of 8 Course
Leaders and the educational supervision of the entire Institution of 2700 students and
180 professors/trainers.
I have closely collaborated with Mr. Liotopoulos, being his direct supervisor and I am,
thus, in a privileged position to report not only on his potential, but also on his
outstanding personal and professional qualities.
Not only does Mr. Liotopoulos possess a great capacity for independent work, but he
also shows an outstanding attitude towards teamwork. He is a well-disciplined,
systematic and efficient manager, with a charming and motivating personality, which
makes him very likeable among his peers, supervisors and supervisees. He has
exceptional team working skills and has always maintained excellent relations with
both his colleagues and the students of our Institution. He has demonstrated sound
managerial leadership skills and strong commitment to his goals.
Mr. Liotopoulos is highly productive and efficient in his work, dependable and
trustworthy. He applies his solid technical background and managerial experience, his
high intellectual capacity, and keen problem-solving techniques in successfully
carrying out his duties and coping with daily work challenges.
