1. Mr. Theo Alexander, M.H.A.
Mr. Theo Alexander, M.H.A. has been employed in the field of healthcare administration for 10
years combined academic and professional experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors
with executive level responsibilities. Specifically, he has experience in succession planning,
diversity management, employee development, recruitment & retention, strategy development,
market analysis, governing board activity, physician-administrator relations, health promotion &
education, web-based medical service sales, and small group facilitation.
Mr. Alexander’s administrative responsibilities include employment with the Mercy Health
System, OKC, OK as an administrative intern in the Corporate Communications department and
INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center as a program analyst in the Human Resource department and
later with INTEGRIS Health Strategic Services as a strategy analyst. Following the completion
of his B.S. degree in Health Administration from Langston University in 2001, he accepted a
scholarship to attend graduate school in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Alexander later received a M.S. in
Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in 2003 after serving an administrative
residency and Operation’s Fellow at the INTEGRIS Health System Corporate Office. In October
2004, he was hired as Administrator of The Therapy Center; an orthopedic & reconstructive,
rehabilitation services network located in southwest Oklahoma City.
Mr. Alexander is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma who pursued academic goals toward a career in health
administration services and has served as the Hawaii Institute of Molecular Education (HIME), Program
and Project Development Coordinator. Recently, he was awarded with the prestigious O. David
Sparkman Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry Principles and Practice Certificate of Completion 2012.
Mr. Alexander has been featured in the USDA/ National Institute of Food and Agriculture
Ethnopharmacognosy Series III Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Values of the Honohono Orchid while
seeking completion of an Academic Subject Certificate (ASC) from Windward Community College
(WCC), Plant Biotechnology program. Mr. Alexander is actively pursuing a career path to establish a
premier food science analytical laboratory / nutraceutical R&D mass spectrometry facility where his skills
and experience may be utilized toward scientific discovery and testing of nutraceutical medicines.
Mr. Alexander has lived in Honolulu, HI since 2006 and is the Patient Care Liaison for Clarity
Health Hawaii where he directs the administrative staff in providing new patient assessments,
CAM service referral compliance, and patient recruitment/retention. As Owner and CEO of
Manaceutical Labs L.L.C., Mr. Alexander is actively developing a diligent strategy to offer US
veterans and their families access to much needed assessment and referral services toward
promoting positive health outcomes to those suffering from the ravaging symptoms of PTSD.
Throughout his career, he has continued to practice in the area of health care administration with
an emphasis on bio-medical sales, special project management, operations management, strategic
planning, health education & promotion, diversity management, and workforce development.
