Print Quality Up Close
iocolor and Artron have pushed the envelope to bring you
print quality vastly superior from what is commonly available
from book printers.
The following are examples of 50X
enlargements of press sheets.
175 line is the standard used by over 99% of book printers.
200 line is considered ‘artbook’ quality.

This plot shows the difference between our ColorCentric
wide gamut inks and standard Gracol 7 ISO inks used only
in premium quality offshore printers. The volume of color is
shown here, the more transparent area shows the increase in
color available to the conversion from RGB into our larger
CMYK color space.
This applies not just to ink density of solid colors, but more
importantly, to clean colors like magentas, reds, greens, blues
and yellows that are very difficult to reproduce with standard
