Responsible for researching, contracting, coordinating, marketing, promoting,
fundraising and implementing the professional “Live at Rose Lehrman” artist
series presented in the Rose Lehrman Arts Center. Oversaw total theatre
operations, including internal and external use, maintenance and scheduling of
380-seat proscenium theatre and 140-seat black box theatre. Acted as arts
leadership liaison to the community (nonprofits, businesses and educational
organizations)
Accomplishments:
Increased event attendance from 40% capacity to 80% capacity
Improved all marketing efforts, including the creation of the brand identity,
“Live at Rose Lehrman,” increased visibility in radio and television
marketing and developed use of social media to increase ticket sales
Created Live at Rose Lehrman sponsorship program generating $50,000 of
additional annual revenue
Increased grant and foundation support revenue resulting in an average
$20,000 of additional annual revenue
Created Live at Rose Lehrman “Friends” individual donor program
producing $10,000 of additional annual revenue
Managed numerous special events, including fundraisers, anniversaries of the
arts center and community arts celebrations
Launched niche programming and developed audience for dance
