Assisted in keeping public and private areas of the hospital safe and presentable for our staff and
customers. Cleaned and sanitized discharge rooms, operating rooms and exam rooms. Performed
terminal cleans in areas of potential and confirmed risk of contamination using the all the
protective equipment and safety guidelines provided by the Joint Commission and Touch Point.

2. Also participated in special projects individually and as part of a group to maintain and improve
the quality standards set for our department. These projects have included a focus on customer
care when it comes to our patients and giving them a warm, individualized experience by not
focusinf on what is in our job description but on whatever makes them more comfortable.
