Your parts arrive
at Clybourn.
Parts are given an
initial inspection
and inventoried.
First, parts are belt polished
to remove all burrs and
imperfections. Pieces are
also smoothed to prepare for
the buffing process.
Next, parts are buffed
to achieve the customer
desired finish (mirror,
satin, etc.).
To ensure quality,
100% of all parts
are inspected.
Parts are cleaned in
our vapor degreaser.
Parts are given a
final inspection to
ensure 100% quality.
Parts are chromed
plated to the thickness
and style specified.
All issues identified
during inspection
are resolved via a
“touch-up” process.
Not all parts are chrome
plated. After finishing
touches, they are ready
to ship.
