Natasha Persad is a combination of creative

itself to a successful career in executive roles
spanning for over 15 years in a variety of diverse
industries for different Fortune 500 companies
including Goldman Sachs, Li & Fung, Marriott
and British Airways. She possesses an exceptional
perspective of the elements that go into making
businesses profitable with a special ability to apply
best practices from one industry to another
equating stellar results. By using her knowledge,
expertise, along with experience in strategic
planning, creative writing, talent development,
business operations, finance, business development
and channeling her energy and passion for the
entertainment industry by collaborate with
production companies, televisions network, or
content developers.
Natasha has always aligned herself with companies
and groups that develop and create programs that
inspires minorities and women of all ages and
encourages them to go after their passions and turn
their dreams into reality. She has the passion and
foresight to see entertainment is a growing industry
with different mediums of delivering relatable
content to all masses through human experiences.

St. John’s University and MBA from NYU’s
Stern School of Business.
Justin Scott is a creative mind with innovative
ideas, great understanding of content life cycle
and development, writing and production
process, managing talent, building consensus, and
growing relationships. A dynamic resume and
background with 12 years of entertainment
experience working at leading global
entertainment companies The William Morris
Agency and Warner Bros Television. With the
skills and knowledge, he learned from these
juggernauts, Justin has negotiated a first look/
development deal with an established production
company focusing on scripted, non-scripted, and
digital content.
Justin adds immediate impact with productions,
production management, and development to
support executive producers to the highest degree.
He has worked two successful pilot seasons and
understands the business interactions with A-list
talent, knowledge of the writing process for multi
and single cam, cable, digital content and brand
development. Justin is continuing his dream since
he was 8 years old and harnessing everything his
expertise from the business side and grow in
creative.
