____The school allows TeamMates to use school transportation for activities and events
____The school provides in-kind printing, mailings, computers, etc.
____The school supports students meeting with their mentors by allowing scheduling flexibility
____The school faculty/staff financially support TeamMates (Walk, Casual for a Cause, United Way, etc.)
____A plan is in place at the school for transitioning mentees from one building or grade level to another
____Additional clerical support is provided to TeamMates program as needed (greeting mentors,
Civicore, translation etc.)
____The school provides dedicated match meeting space to the TeamMates Mentoring Program
____The school has easily accessible/designated parking for mentors
____Mentors feel welcome when they come to the schools office to sign in the TeamMates bookfor
mentoring
____The school allows TeamMates to fundraise at school events (concessions, raffles, soup suppers etc.)
____The school’s website has a link to the TeamMates website
____We are allowed to hold TeamMates Mentoring Program group activities on school property
____TeamMates staff, that are school employees, are allowed and encouraged to attend TeamMates
events (Leadership Summit, Partnership Meeting, etc.)
