ABOUT Major League
Major League Vacations is a full service incentive travel and meeting planning company. Since
1991 we have created incentive travel programs that achieve client goals and provided
professional meeting planning expertise to reduce client budgets.
Our clients have from as few as 10 to over 2,500 attendees. Our industry experience includes
Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Financial Services and Manufacturing.
Unlike other incentive and meeting planning companies, Major League provides clients with a
menu of services from which they can select from. This means they only pay us for those
services they need. And there is never a fee for providing our basic service of finding the right
property that meets your exact specifications and negotiating the best rates, contract terms and
concessions.
In addition to our meeting and incentive travel services we offer our clients personalized
individual and group Vacation Travel and Sports and Entertainment products that include pro
and collegiate sports travel packages and tickets to any sporting event or entertainment venue,
worldwide.
Unique to Major League is our ability to combine any or all of our travel services to make sure
our client meetings and incentive travel programs are creative and on budget.

PRICING SCHEDULE
NO FEE SERVICE
Major League will provide the following services at no cost, should the client select Major
League as the agency of record in the signed hotel contract for their event.
 destination analysis
 airfare analysis
 hotel recommendations
 negotiated rates for hotel rooms, meeting rooms, function space
 negotiated hotel Terms and concessions
 provide an estimated program budget
MEETING MANAGEMENT FEE
Our meeting planning fee is 12% calculated on the net cost of all vendor services contracted or
managed by us. The net cost is defined as the total vendor invoiced amount for services
contracted or managed by Major League less invoiced taxes and surcharges.
In the event Major League receives commissions on any contracted or managed vendor
services, such as airport transfers, the commissions received from that vendor will be
subtracted from our final meeting planning invoice.
Example:
Major League is paid a commission from a contracted vendor, such as a tour company, and
receives 10% commission. Major League will invoice you our 12% fee on the net vendor
invoiced amount less the commission we received. The net effect is an effective meeting
planning fee of only 2%.
Attendee registration will be quoted separately.
AIR TICKETING
We will ticket your attendees at the lowest applicable airfare based on your travel guidelines for
a $35.00 ticketing fee. This includes contacting each attendee to gather their personal
information and pre and post event travel requests. As required, we will create an
arrival/departure listing for each event. Attendees will receive e-tickets via email.
ON-SITE STAFFING
A professional on-site staff person(s) will oversee and manage all aspects program including all
services provided by contracted suppliers for $235.00 per day, per staff person, plus travel
expenses.
