1. TSF Transaction Management Analyst
70% - Deal Settlement:
- Perform trade settlement of transactions and administration (back-office) of deals according to
product or structure requirements, policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper approvals and limits are in place.
- Prepare required documentation based on templates (trade confirmations, financing
agreements, LC formats, etc.)
- Coordinate the negotiation of documentation with counter-parties , be able to understand the
drivers of the changes requested and to communicate such drivers internally in line with internal
approval process, Be able to further explain and articulate our position to the counterparty as required.
- Coordinate with counter-parties and internally on the timing of funding and issuance of
instruments (letters of credit, stand-by letters of credits, guarantees)
- Perform second review and verification of trades (system input, limits, approvals),
documentation (trade details and use of approved template/variation) and cash payments (amounts,
dates, bank details) prepared by peer colleagues.
- Provide back-up for other team members for handling business volume spikes and during their
absence.
15% Product Knowledge/Ensure Control Environment Maintained:
Develop a thorough understanding of relevant TSF structures including key risks and controls associated
with each structure. Ensure complete understanding of transaction specifics, including data integrity,
documentation, and settlement processes as well as the attributes of the relevant market and
geography.
15% Project work and process improvements initiatives:
Facilitate work process improvements through idea generation, applying knowledge of business and
collaboration with local team as well as peers in other offices to streamline and standardize operations
processes. Participate in working groups and projects as required
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance or min 4 yrs relevant business experience
• 3+ years of financial industry, operations, accounting, or trade execution/forwarding experience
• An eagerness to learn with ability to understand complex financial transactions
• Interest and curiosity to work in an ever-changing business environment is essential
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy in work
• Excellent oral and written communication in English – able to communicate effectively with
people at all levels
• Ability to perform well under pressure, managing multiple and changing priorities to meet
deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
2. • Flexibility to work occasionally long hours to handle spikes in business volume and to support
global operations
• Strong computer skills, including good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Oral and written fluency in Turkish (for one of position)
Preferred Qualifications
• Min 2+ years experience in forwarding, documentary LC operations, banking or financial
operations
• Experience in negotiating of financial documentation, including documentary credits,
guarantees, loan facilities, etc.
• Knowledge of various financial markets products
• Understanding of FX and interest rate risks
