new ideas. Affective teachers show compassion for struggling parents, apologize when necessary and
treat students with respect. Teachers can differentiate instruction with an individual student, a small
group, or even the whole class. Decide upon a classroom-based assessment that will measure their
students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests. The goal is to create the best possible learning experience
