“I see myself as an instrument, context and logic that facilitate
‘dialectical comboism’ in the real life of my people. As such, my styles
are to learn and teach, lead and reach, ask questions and challenge
workers, leaders and scientists to analyze their own individual and

Men make their own history, but they do not make it just as they please; they do not make it
under circumstances chosen by themselves, but under circumstances directly found, given and
transmitted from the past (Tucker, 437). That is they are both conditioned by their history and
free to make something new of their condition. They are both in a situation and free to give that
situation their own meaning.” Marx wrote in The 18th
Brumaire of Louis Bonaparte

Forward
Forward New Directions and bringing new possibilities to the socio-politics, socioeconomics and
cultivation of new culture of democracy and new culture of politics presents outstanding change
and transformation paradigms in the peace, prosperity and civilization of a given country,
broadly construed. The series aims to renew and advance the program of political
democratization, peaceful coexistence, economic prosperity and cultural civilization, with a
particular focus on theorizing modern struggles around ideology of politics, economics and
culture nurturing and cultivating both in their localization and globalization as well as their
complex interconnections in the real world. This is to happen in the new historical period since
the founding of the People's complementary parliamentary congress of Democratic Republic
Country of constitution and government: Since constitution and government signify the same
thing, and since constitution is sovereignty of the country that has the right to legislate and to
self-govern . . . whereas government is the supreme power of the country that has the right to
purely executive power and purely keep power. . . “Hence, a country that claims to be
democratic, peaceful and prosperous shouldn’t be guilty of this and that. Moreover, Founding
Fathers of the United States believed that history had given them the opportunity to decide, as
Alexander Hamilton wrote in the first Federalist Paper, whether men are indeed capable of
basing government on “reflection and choice, or whether they are forever destined to depend . . .
on accident and force.” This time, it is our turn to believe like the Founding Fathers of the United
States in the position of our situation we are swimming in. Furthermore, from Angela Merkel’s
book of modern great leaders, I found that “for great leaders attest to the reality of human
freedom against the supposed inevitabilities of history. And they attest to the wisdom and power
that may lie within the most unlikely of us, which is why Abraham Lincoln remains the supreme
example of great leadership. A great leader, said Emerson, exhibits new possibilities to all
humanity. “We feed on genius. . . . Great men exist that there may be greater men.” It is thus
dialectical comboism is a new ideological paradigm of new sociopolitics and political economy
of the modern world yet discovered. The idea of dialectical comboism is to cultivate and nurture
the new idea of “we the peoples of …ia in combination” or “we ….ian peoples in combination,”
for example, “we the peoples of Ethiopia in combination” or “we Ethiopian peoples in
Page 9
combination.” This ideology recognizes that if unity of peoples is defined as “not being the
same” then “Unity of peoples shall be defined as “being cooperative peoples living together” in
building a big country with big economy. Unless Ethiopia as a country establishes and flourishes
the idea of “we Ethiopian peoples in combination” or “we the peoples of Ethiopia in
combination,” Ethiopia will never get peace in its everlasting history since Ethiopia is different
country in its natural historical appearance given by its creator, The GOD.
“We the peoples of Ethiopia in combination” or “We Ethiopian peoples in combination” is
equally interpreted and understood as “ ...”

1. Background
You don’t just think a dream. You feel it in your bones and in your heart. John Maxwell
The world of transforming society is becoming more and more interactive, complex and chaotic
in its nature due to complex human interests and desires as per the development of
Technoscience. This made the world more communicative, instrumental and contextual thought
in its logic of reality. This thought needs a new dialectical approach, method and tactics to fit the
modern human needs, interests and desires and enable them overcome the surrounding chaos and
complexes. Such a new dialectics shall bring new paradigm shift to lead the way from living in
the vicious circle of conflict of interest into the virtue circle of working together to envisioning
synergistic society standing together for the purpose of realizing secular and humanistic
diversity, sustainability, peace and prosperity. Although this is the reality, the discovery of new
ideology gets declined throughout the world in this modern history. With this declining
discovery of ideology, it is difficult to solve the modern chaos and challenges growing up from
modern human interest and need. In order to overcome this trend of declined ideological journey,
scholars and leaders shall start to develop new philosophical, economic, political and leadership
deals. Next to this problem, there is a problem in prioritizing the focuses and centers of a given
ideology. For instance, our world is highly divided into ideological division that leads to conflict
of interest. This creates a big tension among the western and eastern countries. And this becomes
a big challenge to safeguard peace, security and wellbeing for all humankind especially in
developing countries. The challenging ideas that create great tension among countries are: 1) the
interest to prosper through the path of economic democratization focusing on building the
economy, 2) the interest to prosper through the path of political democratization focusing on
solving political instability and 3) the interest to prosper through the path of social democrats
focusing on the idea of socialization. Every interest has its own weakness. Many of the countries
focusing on building economy using economic ideology are facing the challenge of political
instability while those countries focusing on political democratization are facing the challenge of
economic inequity and instability. In some of many countries, some group of people have
companies manufacturing drone, airplane and other very important material while other groups
of people or individuals are left behind education, development and wealth. Some want to live in
Page 14
mars and some are living beside roads on the earth collecting food from others. Some are eating
leftover food while others are eating standard and high quality food. Some have close and house
while others have no close and house. Some are driving a car; some are traveling through
airplane while others are traveling on foot. Some have the capability to work while others have
not. On the other hand, some countries are in peaceful development and prosperity while others
are in war crisis, economic crisis and political crisis which led them undergo civil war among
each other. Anyways it is wondering that what world we are living in.
Now, the big issue here is that “is there any ideological trend to ensure balanced state of human
living?” What economic and political principles can help us reach balanced state of human
living? Or shall we ignore the idea of balanced state of human living not to be raised? Is it
possible to balance human interest to overcome conflict of interest? Can we combine all human
problems to provide combined solutions with combined benefit for all? Is it possible to rethink
on the idea that the principle of combination can overcome human conflict of interest by making
them work together, sharing together, standing together, building together and functioning
together? Unless human being work together, it is difficult to overcome challenges that human
beings are facing. Unless we humanly combine our interests to be solved together, we will live in
conflict. The great principle here is “combined solution for combined problems to bring
combined impact”. Human interests and needs are too complex to solve unless we implement an
ideology that deal with the principle of “combined solutions for combined problems to bring
combined new impact through combined efforts.”
On the other hand, there is a big issue dealing with the question that “is one way the only way?”
Is one way (direction) enough to reach the desired end? Does one idea fit all our problems and
interests? Doesn’t combination of ideas, things or solutions help us solve our complex problems
we are facing? All these issues are great ideas that made me develop dialectical comboism
(combinationism) for the purpose of human greatness. In my point of view one way is not the
only way to solve problems challenging human beings. If one way is not the only way, then
cooperation is a better way. The ideology that nurtures this great viewpoint is dialectical
comboism that believes in making great cooperation. The reason for this is that Comboism is an
ideology that believes on “the more alternatives the less likely the violence and conflict
presence” and hence ‘conflictless combined political economic society’ can be demonstrated at
Page 15
the expense of conflict determination rather than class determination to reach synergistic
society.” This involves greening the idea of political economy to make people cooperate and
transform together for the purpose of demonstrating combined impact from combined effort.
This ideology is developed to consider the question of inclusiveness, sustainability, and peace as
a new horizon of paradigm shift for the betterment of human life. This is a vision of dialectical
comboism for sustainable and balanced desired ends, which our people are looking for. This
requests technoscientists, technoengineers, technoartists, technocommercers, technojournalists,
rightocrats, technocrats, economocrats, and prospocrats to bring it into practice. This vision is
not only getting a given people back in a great combination from the current fragmentation and
war against each other, but also making their political economies work in combination for their
greatness. In line with this perspective, it is possible to develop new deals that can overcome all
economic, political and social instabilities to reach balanced state of human living. In order to
reach balanced state of living, such new economic, political and social deals shall implement the
policy that:
9 no human left behind the acts of development goals so that prosperity of all by all for all
can be true.
9 no human left behind the acts of peace goals so that the dream of peace of all by all for all
can be true.
9 no human or community left behind the acts of political stability goals so that
competence of all by all for all can be true.
9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable education goals so that
education of all by all for all can be true.
With this in mind, there are possible combinations of ways that facilitate these three policy
paradigms. Such possible solutions are:
9 enabling the poor escape out of poverty vicious circle
9 enabling the uneducated escape out of backwardness and ignorance vicious circle
9 balancing all to compete
9 convincing all to deal with peaceful development
9 nurturing peace of all by all for all
9 ensuring secular development to demonstrate economic secularism
Page 16
9 empowering the creative, innovative and inventive
9 cultivating the principles of enabling and empowering: This principles are important to
reach effectiveness and efficient being
For this purpose, the transforming society needs an inclusive ideology that can bring combined
solutions for our combined problems. It is, thus, a dialectical comboism that can develop
combination of ideas to solve combined problems facing human beings. Hence, the author
believes that balanced state of living could not be reached without this inclusive ideology, i.e
dialectical comboism.
Page 17
2. Philosophy of New Policy Deals and Commitments
“The more alternatives the less likely the violence and conflict presence” and hence ‘conflictless
combined political economic society’ can be demonstrated at the expense of conflict
determination rather than class determination to reach synergistic society.” This philosophy shall
be based on the principles that:
9 no human left behind the acts of development goals so that prosperity of all by all
for all can be true.
9 no human or community left behind the acts of political stability goals so that
competence of all by all for all can be true.
9 no human left behind the acts of peace goals so that the dream of peace of all by
all for all can be true.
9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable research and
development goals so that the dream of research and development goals of all by
all for all can be true.
9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable technology goals so
that the dream of technology of all by all for all can be true.
9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable health goals so that
health of all by all for all can be true.
9 “the process that makes the decisions legitimate; the method that makes the
decisions effective; the result that makes the decisions efficient.”
“Comboism is “peaceful interaction of two or more agents” such as individuals, communities,
societies, institutions, group of people, states, etc. such that the combined effect is equal to the
multiplication of the expected individual effects, where the effect of two or more agents
combined is exactly the multiplication of their individual effects. It is an ideology of “synergy
relation” in its nature rather than “of additive relation”.….Dream of Dialectical Comboism

should thus have no other thought or aim than peace, civilization, prosperity and
democratization, nor acquire mastery in anything except peace, civilization, prosperity and
democratization, its organization and discipline; for peace, civilization, prosperity and
democratization is the only art expected of a leader and its leadership in the government via
combined leadership and combined development that cultivate combined diplomacy at the
expense of complementary politics...”
“There is no birth for anything mortal; there is no end by baleful death; there is only the
combining and separating of the ingredients of a mixture. Birth is but a name given to this fact
by man.”-Empedocles of Agrigentum

macroscopic physical basis.” Mark Comings
2.1 Dialectical Comboism
Numerous People with Numerous share and integrity led to Combined-History, combined-
destiny and combined-futurity!
The big interests presented their positions (usually in terms of ‘public interest’) without, in most
cases, underlining their agreement or disagreement with other opinions; the dialecticians
emphasized these lines of agreement or conflict; while the radicals denounced and maybe
thereby paradoxically strengthened the pro European consensus; the facilitators then tried to
reduce the ‘cognitive dissonance’ through explanations. (Magnette 2004: 220)
The great dialectical idea of comboism is leading the way from domination to cooperation and
from exclusion to inclusion as well as from clashing to balancing things for better life. All these
efforts are to demonstrate balanced state of living among humankinds. Dialectical comboism is a
way of understanding reality of thought, emotions of the material world and the human world in
combination. Simply stated, this methodology is the combination of dialectics, materialism and
Page 19
humanism or (dialectics, materialism, humanism) like x, y and z or (x, y, z). This is the reason
that make dialectical comboism is science. It is also known as a combination of knowing to
doing and doing to knowing, theory and practice, matter and human (matter, individual, people),
foundation to superstructure and superstructure to foundation, necessity and intelligence,
appearance and essence, … etc. In dialectical comboism, there are four things that everyone
needs to understand.
1. Motion: it is the mode of existence of human and matter, living and non-living.
Never anywhere has there been motion without human and matter, motion
without living and non-living, human without matter, living without non-living,
nor can there be.
2. Complementation: opposites are also co-Interpenetrate, co-interconnect, co-
interdependent. Human and matter are opposite, but also complement each other.
Human use and feed matter to live. Human without matter is meaningless. Matter
especially the organic matter needs human to give it protection, water, cultivation
and medicine like its complement human. We human become ultimately organic
and inorganic matter, for instance, could be organic and inorganic soil. So, human
is one of the sources of matter on the earth. Complementation is the great
meaning of co-Interpenetration, co-interconnection, and co-interdependence of
things in reality.
3. Change of form of motion is always a process that takes place between at least
two bodies, of which one:
9 loses a definite quantity of motion of one quality of matter such as heat,
while the other gains a corresponding quantity of another quality such as
mechanical motion, electricity, chemical decomposition,…, etc.
9 loses a definite quantity of motion of one quality of human such as
disorder, differences, hate, fear and vicious, while the other gains a
corresponding quantity of another quality such as order, agreement, love,
trust, virtue, …, etc.
Page 20
4. Modern Dialectics: it is a method of reasoning which aims to understand things
concretely in all their movement (motion), change and interconnection or
interpenetrations, with their opposites and contradictory sides in unity. It is
opposed to the formal, metaphysics but accepts quantum physics mode of thought
of ordinary understanding which begins with combined definition of a thing
according to its various possible attributes. For dialectics the truth is the whole
picture, of which each view is a more or less one-sided, partial aspect.
Moreover, dialectical comboism also follows the two laws of thought: The law of
interpenetration of opposites and the principle of cooperation.
Page 21
2.2 Great ways to advance academic philosophy in
Dialectical Comboism
“Method is the spirit of all science. The system is nothing but one part after another or one part upon
another. Without a good method the whole system breaks and falls down like a house of cards. And this
collapse is happening even now to human culture; a great crisis in the human sciences is upon us. It is the
method which binds all together; it is like the human consciousness without which all the organs would
be dead.” Edmond Bordeaux Szekely
Dialectics is the theory of the practice, and not the theory of the theory as it exists in the official
sciences. In dialectical comboism, there are at least four main methodological principles of
correlative dialectics in comboism.
1. Principle of Correlativity: All phenomena are correlative. They not only depend on
others, but each reciprocally completes the other: opposites complete opposites, and they
are indivisible and unimaginable without each other. The whole mechanism of the
Universe is correlative.
2. The principles of Synergy: It is interaction of discrete agencies such as industrial farms,
agents to produce synergistic strength. Synergism is the principle that the combined
(multiplication) values and performances of two or more ideas will be greater than the
separate individual parts. Synergy is a term that is most commonly used in the context of
unifications and acquisitions. Synergy is the potential financial benefit achieved through
the combining of capacities (ideas) and is a driving force behind a union. Unifications
and acquisitions are made with the goal of improving the company’s performance for the
share holders. Synergy is the combined power of a group of things when they are
working together.
3. The principles of Combination:
n r
n r
r r
P
C
P
(This is to achieve synergy and, enhance and strengthen performance).
Page 22
Where P is probability and n r
r r
P
P
is the number of possible choices. We say that there are
nCr combinations of size r that may be selected from among n choices without
replacement where order doesn’t matter. We can also write the combinations formula in
terms of factorials:
!
( )! !
n r
n
C
n r r

Where, r is the number of arrangements in n spaces.
This mathematical thinking is
essential in establishing great
ideology to reach great
consensus among nation
nationalities and people
during establishment of great
country with big resource, big
market and big economy.
When we think to build such
a great country the probability
of building a country is at the point that ‘n = r’, where n is total nation nationalities and
people and, r is the probability of choosing the number of nation nationalities to
participate in the building process of the country. Hence, ‘n = r’ means the number of
nation nationalities and people that are selected by the government to participate during
building process of the country is equal to the total number of nation nationalities and
people living in the country. This means that all the nation nationalities and people are
participated, treated, accepted and recognized equally to build their beloved country. This
is called ‘Green Success to Build a Great Green Country’. However, ‘Failure to
Build a Great Country’ occurs when 0 r n (some are ignored) and r = 0 (no
participants-all are ignored).
Page 23
4. The principles of cooperation: This is the principle of making autonomous friendship of
peoples and/or persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and
cultural needs and aspirations through jointly-owned and democratically controlled
enterprise. Thus, this philosophy is based on seven principles:
a. concern for community
b. cooperation among cooperatives
c. autonomy and independence
d. Omnicratic control
e. education, training, and information
f. all-round participation: political, social, economic engagement
g. voluntarism
h. diversity, equity, and inclusiveness for peace and sustainability
Hence, cooperative principles are more important now than ever before. This is the idea of rule
by the co-ops. The principle of cooperatives believe that we are stronger when a proactive effort
is put forth to engage everyone in governance, management and representations because it is
cooperation to which all parties consent. Cooperation is based on the idea that we are strong
when we are multiplied (coming together). The strength of cooperatives is from their ethical
values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others while its importance is
from their ‘working together (synergy), social responsibility and shared understanding’ that
never let people left behind economic, social and cultural development goals.
2.3 Comboism and Its Philosophy
“Innovation” will come from “people” who are able to link: “Beauty to Engineering”, “Humanity
to Technology” and “Poetry to Process”. –Walter Isaacson
“Every existing ideology has a foundation and superstructure like that of individualism and
socialism or privatism and publicism, respectively; the foundation determines and the
Page 24
superstructure influences. Now, if we ignore the foundation we disable the determinant; if we
ignore the superstructure we disable the influencer. This indicates that every useful thing comes
out of the battle of two opposite forces. Consequently, we need to combine both the foundation
and the superstructure to enable the combination (that useful thing) and to be free, just and fair
from being ignorant, partial and exclusive.” Comboists dialectics
In the modern political world, the aim of experimenting humanism and its validity in
combination with the law, balance of power and peace through peaceful means is called
‘dialectical Comboism’! The root word for comboism is combination. The word combination is
inclusive, holistic, universal, cohesive and generic in its character. Within the philosophy of
green combination, where green is understood as healthy, hygiene, generosity, virtue, secure,
well-mannered and sustainability:
1. ‘Green Synergy’ is characteristics philosophy of synergistic sharing of blood of kinships,
values, traditions, cultures, historical journey, creating a ‘new collective common sense
background’’ among various background people.
2. ‘Green Diversity’ of similarities and differences as a beauty of engineering our
combination
3. ‘Complementarity’ of opposites as a great means, tool, tactic and technique of
engineering our combination
4. ‘Green competence along 'intellectual virtues' (knowledge, wisdom)’ as an identification
mechanism of engineering quality of opposites to be elected, selected, and chosen for
leadership, management, service delivery and value adding asset. “In a country in which
most men possessed ‘a competence,’ property was in no danger.” Alexander Mackay
5. ‘Green Conservation of access, option and quality’ as a great political, economic and
culture engineering traditions and values of our combination
6. ‘Combined Inclusiveness as a combined quality’ via all round green citizenship in
combination: inclusion is a measure of social quality. According to Duffy
(1995) in Alan Walker And Andrea Wigfield (January 2004): social exclusion is a
broader concept than poverty, encompassing not only low material means but the
Page 25
inability to participate effectively in economic, social, political, and cultural life, and, in
some characterizations, alienation and distance from the mainstream of society. In
addition to this, According to the editors of the book, Social Quality: A Vision for
Europe, (2001), explain the choice of 'inclusion' over 'exclusion' in terms of the positive,
pro-active nature of social quality, and they link it explicitly to the idea of citizenship.
This does not imply a narrow legalistic form of 'citizenship' but, rather, the wider
'possibility of participation in economic, political, social and cultural systems and
institutions' (Beck et al, 2001, p.346). Berghman (1997) postulates that the modern
'welfare state', no matter whether it is what he identifies as the 'Scandinavian' model, the
continental/Bismarckian model, or the Atlantic/Beveridge model, has as one of its key
aims, the production of 'social integration'. He summarizes social quality as 'the extent
to which citizens participate in the social, economic and democratic life of society'.
Furthermore, According to Berghman (1997), the Observatory attempted to view social
exclusion as the non-realization of citizenship rights. Hence, ‘Social quality’ is defined
in terms of participation (Beck et al, 1997) in Alan Walker And Andrea Wigfield
(January 2004) and theorized in terms of social relations (Beck et al, 2001) realized at
the expense of ‘combined inclusion’, acting as regulating means of ‘quality citizenship’
to be in ‘harmony of function’, to declare all round green patriotic proficient citizenship
in combination. The reason I have stated ‘green patriotic proficient citizenship’ is
because the word citizenship may act as a masking political agent, otherwise too passive
or defensive political agent due to its narrow legalistic form. The quality of green
patriotic proficient citizenship is measured at the expense of ‘combined quality’
characterized by ‘combined inclusion’ formulated from its three dimensions: ‘combined
care for integration, combined participation and combined relations’. Moreover,
Berghman (1997) formulates three dimensions that offer themselves as pointers for
social integration. A first dimension that focuses on ensuring an 'adequate level of
physical and economic security'; a second which emphasizes the 'value based degree
of social cohesion and solidarity', and a third that refers to the 'democratic,
participatory process that should allow a more balanced collective decision making
about it'. In my understanding, the third one would be better if considered as rights based
balanced collective decision making of sustainability. Finally, with regard to the fourth
Page 26
component, it may be argued that empowerment depends on inclusion, cohesion and
socio-economic security but it is distinct from these other three in that it relates to the
capacity to act within social relations. This is a great description of ‘green action in
combination’ with its great green domains such as green Citizenship Rights, labour
market, public service, private service, social networking and their sub-domains
combining their great indicators (see Alan Walker And Andrea Wigfield (January 2004),
Berman, Y. and Phillips, D. (2000) and Berman, Y. and Phillips, D. (2001)), The Social
Inclusion Component Of Social Quality, Fourth Draft). According to UK government, for
instance, tackling social exclusion and poverty is based around four key themes:
™ Decent family incomes – with work for those who can and support for those who
cannot;
™ High quality public services for everyone by raising the standards of the worst
performers
™ Preventing social exclusion by addressing risk factors;
™ Reintegrating those who become excluded back into society
If there is no combined participation; no combined relation; no combined inclusion; no
combined quality; there will happen failure in harmony of function; citizenship failure;
state failure, country failure. Above all, the modern dicombocratic societies need not only
more powerful leadership but also real opportunities for citizens to address their
circumstances, to develop their own visions and to enable themselves to contribute to an
equitable and fair society. The need for powerful leadership is due to the appearance of
new powerful citizens in the new powerful modern world of balance. This stand is
against the Beck’ book argument: Social Quality: A Vision for Europe. Beck et al (2001,
p.346) argue normatively that: Modern democratic societies do not need more powerful
leadership but real opportunities for citizens to address their circumstances, to develop
their own visions and to enable themselves to contribute to an equitable and fair society.

7. ‘Green Transcendentalism’ of the dualistic viewpoint as a means to create harmony of
function.
8. ‘Green Humanism’, green as ‘humility, generosity, acquaintance, hygienic’ and as
opposing to narrow-minded, unhygienic and arrogance humanism. Humanism also
focused as publicism rather than socialist aspects as socialist aspect is easy to polarize.
Both s-orbital and p-orbital in chemistry are both orbital differed in the orientation of
electron density depending on the shape of orbital. s-orbital is spherical in shape and the
electron density is dispersed all over the sphere due to which polarization is not easy. p-
orbital is dumbbell in shape and the electron density is dispersed along one direction due
to which polarization is easy to happen. Now, I want to share the character of s-orbital to
the character of humanism rather than behaving the character of p-orbital. The character
of humanism directly matches with the character of publicism rather than socialism. I
believe that individualism shall range up to publicism rather than socialism. Because
socialism is the result of publicism like the society is the result of people. The mass of
socialism and the mass of the society are smaller than the mass of publicism and the mass
Page 28
of people, respectively. Socialism and society have no enough time, space and place to
calm the condition of polarization. Furthermore, both publicism and people are
ensembles which directly fit the need for modern world aspirations of declaring ideology
of green humanism rooted from green liberalism ranged into green publicism or from
green individual to green people like from a green tree up to green diversity of plants.
9. ‘Green virtue’: The importance of virtues for the green position resides in the necessity of
self-restraint, prudence and foresight so that long-term (i.e. sustainable) well-being is not
sacrificed or undermined by desires to satisfy immediate self-interest. As a praxis-
orientated view of morality, a virtue ethics casts the green theory of the good in terms of
being and 'doing' and not simply of 'having'. That is, the good of which green virtues
partake is one in which human well-being is understood as constituted by action rather
than possession or consumption. To be green politically, ‘having, being and doing
action’ must combine in a great green virtue combination.(Rethinking green politics
nature, virtue, and progress by John Barry (1999))
10. ‘Equality of getting freedom and opportunity of access, option and quality’ as a great
means of unison for unification, survival, wellbeing and standardizing for calibration of
harmony of function.
11. ‘Green entangled rights’: the right of freedom of entangled rights such as dwellity,
citizenship, patriotism, nationalities, and needs to access, opportunity and quality.
Correlative rights considered as founding rights such as human rights and Superstructure
rights such as democratic rights in combination known as green entangled rights.
12. ‘Embeddedness in a Tandem sphere of influence’. A) Embeddedness along class
complementation: formation of class, class conflict and class struggle are naturally
occurring challenges that we can’t avoid them completely. As a result, class
complementation is required to overcome conflict among opposite class identities and
interests. This class complementation ultimately results classless relations. The greatness
of dialectical comboism over dialectical Neoliberalism is due to its principle of class
complementation over class relation preferred by dialectical Neoliberalism. B)
Embeddedness along institutional design. Dialectical comboism is embedded in
Page 29
institutions by which every institution is the green vehicle of it. This is due to the
principle of combination and complementation of institutions to work in a great
alignment, alliance, coalition, cooperation and coordination. C) Ideological
embeddedness along green political virtue rather than deep politics. According to
dialectical comboism, unity of opposites in a combination and complementation is not
only embedded via ‘synthesis’ using thesis and antithesis but also naturally embedded.
For instance, men and women are opposite but are made to be complement naturally to
continue generation. Acid and base are opposite but complement to give a
multifunctionally applicable sweet material salt. Red, yellow, blue pink, etc are opposite
in color but create senseful fourole and attractiveness to life if they become in a great
combination. This shows that dialectical comboism is not only naturally embedded but
also in ‘ practical synthesis embedded common sense’ via the valuable potential of
human beings due to its great characteristic tactics of its dialectics: synergyfulness,
complementation, conservation of access, option and quality, diversityfulness in a
combination, and combinational culture traditions and values. D) Three dimensional
embeddedness along dialectical combination: dialectical comboism is three
dimensionally embedded in the green-politics(x), green-economy (y) and green-culture
(z). The green-politics is the brain of dialectical comboism. Toxic and harmful politics
don’t create, invent, discover, innovate and engineer. Consequently, green-politics is
great field of creativity, invention, discovery, innovation and engineering for dialectical
comboism to mobilize, lead, and empower every human from each according to his/her
ability to each according to his/her satisfaction of needs. Dialectical comboism believes
that ‘everything fails soon or latter unless the politics is green to everyone’. The greatest
sustainability, stability, prosperity and peaceful coexistence are the result of declaring
green-politics to everyone and thus everything succeed rather than failing. More
seriously, Leaders must be great in declaring green politics to everyone. It is a great
means to guide, direct, teach, learn and show great green-demonstrations. Such green-
demonstrations may be the law, the balance of power, the peaceful coexistence, peace
and security, rightocratization, constitutionalization, etc. As a result, any government
should be careful in designing green-political cultures and green-economic cultures. The
green-culture is a means of widening the brain of human and brain of green-ideology, the
Page 30
green-politics. Green-culture, as a core value and instrumental value, is the root of open-
mindedness to enable green-politics. The green-economy is the result of green-politics
and green-culture. Moreover, green-economy is built through expanding, delivering and
building green-education, green-production and manufacturing industry, green-
agricultural, green-truism, green-technoscience, green-technoart, green-
technoengineering, green-peace and security industries. E) Environmental
embeddedness: according to dialectical comboism, dialectical ideology should not only
be rooted in globally but also environmentally. Moreover, ‘Environmental
embeddedness’ is useful in cultivating and nurturing indigenous knowledge, cultural
traditions sand values though the purpose of ‘learning’ is not only from local but also
global. Learning from the eastern only is one-sided, but learning from any direction is
all-round-sided practice. This design of ideology is key ideology to overcome conflict
forwarded from any direction. This makes dialectical comboism is common sense from
local and global as far as it create connection between local and global learning and
beyond as far as green-connectivity is greet necessity to life.
Tocqueville wrote: “Rights must be given to every citizen, or none at all to anyone, that is
non-green one . . . save one, who is the master of all.” To me, the first is green action,
but the second is non-green action.
The philosophy of comboism is designed to overcome radical conflict among cultural, political,
individual, social and economic ideologies. It is purposefully designed to create a conflictless
system and ensemble of society, state, and market ideology intended to establish inclusive
sociality, inclusive individuality, inclusive state, inclusive market, inclusive cultural traditions,
inclusive development, inclusive public service, inclusive wealth distribution and redistribution
with its root origin of inclusive change and growth pattern. Ideally, comboism is designed to
provide a radical solution for radical conflict. The uniqueness of comboism compared to other
ideologies such as socialism, liberalism, conservatism, and communism is because it provides
“three dimensional sphere of influence”, while the others are with one dimensional sphere of
influence. This is the reason that comboism brings various ideas together in a wider and broader
dimension and perspective for the purpose of inclusiveness, egalitarianism, embracing diversity
and spirit of concord through which our similarities and differences can be equally maintained
Page 31
and embraced. Its adjective word is ‘comboinal’, which means ‘being an all-round and all-
inclusive virtue’. Its root slogan is ‘from each according to his/her ability to each according to
his/her satisfaction for the virtue of all life’. The merit of satisfaction is to create human
excellence, quality service and delivery, and fulfillment in action for the virtue of all life, i.e.
making human at the centre of its ideology. This century and the coming one are different from
the previous centuries. It is the time of technology and human excellence, which can satisfy
human being better than human labour based services, and this enable them to embrace and
celebrate their cooperation, synergy, combination, synthesis, reconciliation, consolidation, and
togetherness for the benefit of their human life, regardless of their differences and heterogeneity
in their background, color, identity, interests of being in person, group and/or social ways, etc.
This all virtue green ideology can be achieved via technology advancements and applications as
well as human excellence since the modern world is the world of democratic technological
wisdom, knowledge and skill. Furthermore, technology is an apparatus designed to serve human
beings, regardless of their formation of being individuality, homogeneous society and/or
heterogeneous society. Thus, the technology should lead and connect the world, because it is
easy, simple and safe that can serve and benefit to all human life without any biasness, partiality
and ignorance. Because of this, technology can make life easy, simple and safe development and
prosperity. Moreover, the meaning of each according to his/her satisfaction is that the
satisfaction of each person counts equally, regardless of the extent of their ability to produce
because of inequalities in natural endowments. Thus, the ability/satisfaction principle interrupts
the translation of inequalities in natural endowments into unequal access to living, accessing,
consumption of goods and services. Let us the see the other roots of philosophy in socialism,
communism and liberalism:
1. Socialism: the ability/contribution principle is the root of socialism. This is constrained
by basic provisions, concerning healthcare, education, and the reproduction of the
infrastructure of the economy.
2. Communism: the ability/need principle is the root of communism. This goes far beyond
basic needs catering for the condition for everyone’s human flourishing.
3. Liberalism: the ability/rank principle is the root of liberalism. This is constrained by basic
provision of rank.
Page 32
4. Comboism: the ability/satisfaction principle goes far beyond such everyone’s human
flourishing, catering for the condition for everyone’s human quality of life, excellence
and fulfillment in action.
a. The needs of each person count equally, regardless of the extent of their ability to
produce because of inequalities in natural endowments. However, the
implementation of the principles is not feasible during the early stage of
transition, as moral and political culture is still colored by bourgeois principles of
exchange commodities with equivalent value, which disadvantages workers with
lower natural talent and there is not yet enough material abundance to support the
higher needs of all. It thus makes sense to implement the ability/contribution
principle first. Furthermore, it would pave the way for the creation of more
desirable distribution schemes by introducing incentives to generate the level of
materials abundance that would make the distribution according to needs viable
and the real option.
b. The satisfaction of each person counts equally, regardless of the extent of their
ability to produce because of inequalities in natural endowments. However, the
principle’s implementation is not feasible during the early stage of transition, as
moral and political culture are still coloured by the superior bargaining power of
those in superior class position- disadvantage worker’s with middle bargaining
power of those in the middle class position and there is not yet enough materials
quality to support the higher rate of satisfaction of all. It thus makes sense to
implement the ability/need principle first before implementing the
ability/satisfaction principle. Furthermore, it would pave the way for the
i. creation of more desirable distributive schemes by introducing incentives
to generate the level of material abundance that would make the
distribution according to needs viable and, thus, a real option to make sure
communism is at its real option expected position
ii. creations of higher quality dimensions of distributive schemes or services
to generate the level of high quality materials abundance that would make
Page 33
distribution according to satisfactions viable, thus, comboism is real
option for future society. For instance, china is running towards securing a
certain level of state-market-society embeddedness, as embeddedness is
one key character of comboism philosophy to create comboinal capitalism,
where comboinal capitalism is a framework of the political economy of
capitalism in which a country transformed from an economy of owned and
controlled by the state or by the market towards one supervised and
regulated by the state in combination /assimilation/ with market
mechanisms. This time china is exploring the ability to combine political,
social and economic culture innovations in developing state capitalism
with unique Chinese characteristics. Moreover, the uniqueness of Chinese
state capitalism can be conceptualized from the perspectives of:
1. understanding china as a civilized state (vis-à-vis western nation
state) that has a unique type of political culture and rationality;
2. examining the resilient capacity of Chinese culture and the Chinese
party state in sanitizing and internalizing foreign ideas and
practices
3. analyzing the Chinese state-market relationships in which
institutional innovations, co-modifications of state power and
marketization of public resource play a positive role in securing
certain level of state-market-society embeddedness. This
perspective is an excellent starting ideology of comboism, since
embeddedness is key characteristics of comboism. (Reference: Li
Xing and Timothy M. shaw, the political economy of Chinese state
capitalism JCIR, vol.1, no.1(2013))
4. It is because of functionality relationships, but not because of
duality or triplicate nature, etc, that we prefer comboism to
introduce a new horizon of political, social and economic culture
innovation ideology. The reason that the world should follow
Page 34
comboism philosophy is because it is the only political, economic
and social philosophy that implement three dimensional sphere of
influence compared to the other one with the single dimensional
sphere of influence. For instance,
A. Liberalism stands for individualism
B. Socialism stands for the social right
C. Communism stands for public interest
D. Neoliberalism stands for free market interest
E. Developmentalism stands for state control economy
F. Capitalism stands for a free market economy
G. Comboism stands for all virtue green ideology: state-
market-society embeddedness, private-state-public interest
embeddedness, individuality-state-sociality embeddedness,
and the poor-state-rich (Developmentalism-state-
Neoliberalism) embeddedness. For instance, comboism is
the state (combination) of Developmentalism and
Neoliberalism at equilibrium, and is also the state
(combination) of individualism, communism and socialism
at triple point equilibrium considered as ‘humanism’
harmonized with technologicalism, as a tool to embedded
them. It is impossible to ignore either of them, but logical
to bring them together for sustainability, peace,
inclusiveness and democracy cases collectively creating
satisfaction. This is called an all virtue green ideology.
This will overcome the use of half right-half restriction
ideology and half freedom-half slave ideology. The
government should be the government of all the peoples
being poor and/or rich, and being in person and/or in
Page 35
sociality. The satisfaction in person should satisfy the
social and the satisfaction of the social should satisfy the
individual in the social. Who should own? Everyone and
every social may own property. It depends on the situation.
In our world we can’t get any one free of ownership and
any society free of ownership as well as any group free of
ownership. Ownership is natural and depends on the wealth
of the person, group and the society as far as it is legal.
Who should administer? Comboism believes that everyone
may administer his/her property, the public property such
as market, village, region and the country’s resource and
wealth should be together and if any with the consent of the
other. The market is the common property of all: state,
people and marketers (traders) and is accountable to the
law settled together. This follows the principle of both
separability and inseparability. Therefore, ‘unity in
diversity, egalitarianism, and respect for embracing and
celebrating cooperation, synergy, combination, synthesis,
reconciliation, consolidation, and togetherness for the
benefit of human life’ are core values of comboism.
The ‘three dimensional sphere of influence’ is more flexible than one and two dimensional
sphere of influence, since the binding energy, force of interaction and motion in 1D and 2D are
rigid and restricted with the higher tensional energy of its constituent parts. The tension between
government and market is high. Therefore, we need to embed them with the public to be flexible
and fairly rational, so that the political economy can flow fairly that everyone may get benefited.
But, if we don’t use state-market-embeddedness, the tensional energy is high and sustainable
flow of the political economy may not be achieved. Hence,
Comboinal Political economy = f(state, market, society) z f(state) z f(market) z f(society).
Where, f = function indicating functional combination of peaceful coexistence of terms or things.
Page 36
Hence, comboism believes that the comboinal political economy is equal to functional relation of
the state-market-society embeddedness, indicating inseparability property-one combination
living in peaceful coexistence. Its separability is described by the functional addition, indicating
three different combinations each with one dimensional sphere of influence:
Comboinal Political economy = f(state, market, society) = f(state) + f(market) + f(society) and
f(state) f(market) f(society).
The other key property of comboism is its coordinated property of three dimensional
frameworks. It is not loosely, but with great coordination development nature that has inclusive
space. On the other hand, comboism is an ideology based on credibility, political capital and
political gravity that benefit cultural, political, economic and social value through the
assimilation of state, market and society as they solidify party bonds with every community ties
what it means state-market-society embeddedness?
1. The state needs to follow state capitalism
2. The market needs to follow big firm and entrepreneur capitalism
3. The society needs to nurture and cultivate their cultural innovations and unique
characteristics
The structure of comboism as an ideology: comboism is made up of three constituents:
a. Individuality around its centre determining its character,
b. Sociality at its centre determining its identity and
c. The national economic resource at its centre determining its neutrality
These combinations make a comboism powerful discrete stream of consciousness due to its
formulation (spirit) like the powerful atoms: its character is determined by the negative electron,
its identity determined by its positive proton and its neutrality determined by its neutron. The
mass of comboism is determined by the centre composed of the mass society and national
economic resource. The “centre” of comboism as an ideology comprises both the “societal and
the resource” like the nucleus of the atom, which comprises both “proton and neutron”. The
Page 37
surrounding path is like the orbit of an atom through which individuals move around to work like
the electrons move around the nucleus. The circular surrounding path in comboism is considered
as “market” like the “orbit” of an atom considered as the circular surrounding path around the
nucleus of an atom.

2.4 Dialectical Relationship in Dialectical Combination
“Today’s world: “is not divided into different sets of elements, but into different sets of
relations…”. He created the foundation of holistic approach: objects in focus of analysis are not
being differentiated by its nature; they are not essentially different, but their essence is the same.”
We can only make differences between the types of relations important for certain phenomena.
Thus, the world around can be explained as the stable tissue of occurrences in which different
types of relations replace one another, overlap and merge until they finally determine the
structure of the tissue.” Heisenberg, Werner, 1998, pp. 84-85
In a human ecoensemble formed through dialectical combination, ‘relationship’ is a key
character resulted from the presence of interaction, interpenetration and interconnectedness
measured in terms of ‘energy and information flowing, sharing, transferring and cycling’.
Relationships become the important foundation for the work that is asked of the workers in any
organization. It can be defined ‘self-renewing provinces, nations and countries as places that are
governed by relationships. Any villages, province, regions and countries in general should be
envisioned as ‘collaborative places’ where the societies and people ‘come together’ to solve their
pressing issues and work with passion to make them better. The purpose of ‘harmony of
Relationship functionalization’ is to reduce and even make zero isolation, separation and
breakdown in a given country. Building neighborship, relationship, nearness, kinship and
closeness is a complicated process that takes skills, patience and time to develop. Relationship
does not come as a natural consequence of working together in a school, universities, office,
organizations, institutions, villages, provinces, regions and whole country. It must be taught,
learned, nurtured, and supported until it replaces fragmentation, breakdown, separation and
isolation. Moreover, relationship is not without conflict and thus, there must be culture of
resolving disputes and reaching consensus, solution excellence and reconciliation sufficiency.
Trust is the green seed anywhere that feeds the culture and the culture feeds the green trust; the
two interact greenly. Green Trust is the building block for people who can begin to believe again
that their ‘green relationship’ matters to change their live positively. The vision of relationship is
to use ‘human talent and proficiency for ‘growth and change’, avoiding the ceiling effect of
learning that people have when they learn in isolation. Leaders make a difference as they strive
to create environments that empower people and foster relationships that develop egalitarianism
Page 40
and synergy as a function of dialectical combination. Green Relationship in combination evolves
as people in combination build capacity for shared leadership during which structural
changes are not enough to change the deeper cultural changes (McLaughlin Talbert, 2006)
but also learning together is needed by which shared practice is built, and norms for
interaction begin to shape and change the way green relationship is conducted everywhere. And
hence, Learning (together) is a foundation for green relationship to develop and mature.
Moreover, the parameters used to measure the performance of relationship in combination are
energy and information flow, shared and exchanged among the peoples in combination
strengthening their ring of connectivity to undergo peaceful dialogue, debate and discussion for
creating peace, security, prosperity, civilization and coexistence. And thus the formula is given
by:
Green relationship = energy x information flow and sharing sufficiency x magnitude of green
= (mass) (idea)2
(information) (magnitude of green)
= (mass) (information) (magnitude of green) (idea)2
Where, energy is the ability to do work; mass could be human and materials resource involved in
creating green relationship; information sufficiency is sufficient knowledge, news or something
to be told flown, shared and exchanged in a great coherence and harmony of function among the
people living in peaceful combination; an idea squared is a leading ideology or characteristic
thinking to develop political, economic and culture theories to be practiced for ‘growth and
change policy developments’, considered as foundations for prosperity, civilization and peaceful
coexistence. Furthermore, the magnitude of green is measured based on the degree of
effectiveness of human resource use; material resource consumption, restoration and recycling
culture; application and usefulness of the ideology; information usefulness, clarity and delivery
qualities. Relationship must not fragile and if it is fragile, its foundation is not green. As a result,
validating and certifying green relationship in combination is understood and measured using
green energy to do zero (low) conflict green work, information sufficiency to lead green
movement and green proficiency to cultivate egalitarianism and synergy among the people living
in combination. Moreover, green relations and relationships are great foundations of
complementarity, combination, synergy and embeddedness in formulating Tandem government
by aligning political parties to come together into common point, segment and common sense on
the affairs of their country they are striving for. Such common point, segment and common sense
Page 41
that political parties must align are declaring peace; prohibiting war; securing sovereignty of
individuals, people and country at large; public unification, constitutionalism, declaration of full
set of rights and duties; shared administration and management; public power equalization;
leading political party ruling (leadership) validation as a function of tandem election, combining
spherical coordinate legislature and executive relations (not linear, not Cartesian and not
triangular); shared values and practices; government of constitution by the constitution for the
constitution, constitutional government, constitution of the people by the people for the people;
political party of the people and the constitution by the people and the constitution for the people
and the constitution. Tandem election is an election by which ruling political party leader for
presidency or prime minister Candidacy is approved by the political party members and finally
authorized by the people. Moreover, green relationships need quantum motion of fluidicity in
creating ‘Tandem government’ that follows quantum principles enabled by quantum egalitarian
and synergy leadership, administration and management. The Quantum Government itself for the
formation of Tandem government relies upon the emergence of unique solutions, ideas, and
insights through the Self sharing of all members aligning their individual skills sets, talents,
insights, personal experiences, and individual identities with the values and goals of the
enterprise. To embrace the model requires a sense and explanation into what the major
interconnected features of the Motion of Fluidicity diagram mean (Dale S. Deardorff DM. and
Greg William, 2006).
1. Trust: The inclusion into Communities-of Practice, with a sense of openness to Self-
awareness and Personal courage.
2. Values: A perspective of Ownership, based upon positive values established from
unquestioned Integrity, Accountability for the Self actions of the members.

3. Think Together: The ability to fully leverage synergy and exponential thought
(realizing magnitudes more value from the output [ideas] through collective thought and
problem solving).
4. Learning: The ability to experience Single loop, double loop and Quantum learning.
5. Dialog: An open Consciousness in communication, a Self-Presence and the ability to
move through Paradigms.
6. Spirit: A Vision which is perceivable, the understanding of Personal balance and the
practice of Stewardship (commitment to serving the needs of others that emphasizes the
use of openness and persuasion, rather than control).
NB. “Tandem Government has three mind characteristics: synergy, egalitarianism and
stewardship and six legs: trust, values, thinks together, dialog and spirit so that it is an umbrella
of all by all for all.”
Page 43
“Synergy is defined by Curley (1998, p. 70) in (Dale S. Deardorff DM. and Greg William, 2006)
as “...an evolving phenomenon that occurs when individuals work together in mutually
enhancing ways toward a common goal.” Synergy Leaders must take the responsibility for
helping to establishing the environment where this kind of enhancing can take place. The
Synergy Leader provides a template or mental model for a system to use as a basis for a
proposed architecture. The fundamental principle of synergy can be defined as, “The interaction
of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their
individual effects. When we say “Two heads are better than one” we are acknowledging the
power of synergy. The byproduct is an evolving phenomenon that occurs when individuals work
together in mutually enhancing ways toward a common goal.” (adapted from Curley, 1998 in
Dale S. Deardorff DM. and Greg William, 2006) Egalitarianism is defined as believing on and
advocating equal rights for all and making equal rights for all at the center of any political
movement. Stewardship assumes first and foremost, a commitment to serving the needs of
others. It also emphasizes the use of openness and persuasion, rather than control.” Peter Block
(author of Stewardship and The Empowered Manager) has defined stewardship as “holding
something in trust for another.” It is also defined as a theme of the Spirit characteristic in the
Motion of Fluidicity model which demonstrates. The word ensemble is closely related to
synergy, egalitarianism and stewardship. And thus it can be defined an ensemble as “bringing
together...”; an arrangement of things so related or interconnected which can form a unity or
organic whole...; e.g., a number of bodily organs “acting together...”, typically seen as the
circulatory collection and network of systems.
Jane Barrash pointed great quotations in his paper ‘QUANTUM LEADERSHIP IN AN
EVOLUTIONARY NEW PARADIGM’ Presented at the 20th annual Association on
Employment Practices and Principles conference, Vancouver, BC; October 3-5, 2012.
1. “It’s become apparent that the brain has not only the ability to mobilize and make
available some three dozen secretions, but also the ability to mobilize and make available
these secretions in combination. This means the prescribing power of the brain is
limitless; it has available to itself thousands of combinations of secretions that it can pour
into the human blood stream and what makes the human species unique is that the
Page 44
attitudes have a great deal to do with the prescribing power.” Norman Cousins Former
associate professor of Medicine at UCLA, author Anatomy of an Illness. [16, p.9]
2. Living united becomes more than a slogan, but it is balanced by an understanding of
boundaries. We need leaders to help model and operationalize this new degree of choice,
this new balance between insight and oversight, control and adaptability. Leaders who
can bring a new level of optimism based on a paradigm of increased potential and on
reducing fear, building a sense of interconnectedness and creating more hard-working
love in this world, developing our fullest capacities to create something wonderful
together out of thin air.
3. Since the late 1600's we've had a paradigm defined by Newtonian and Cartesian science
with a focus on what can be physically measured, publicly observed and repeatedly
tested. That paradigm is also called mechanistic because it views the universe as running
like a big machine, materialist because the world is seen to be made up of physical
matter, rational (from ration, focus on analysis of parts), and empirical (focus on what
can be measured through 5 physical senses).
4. ~ All things are interconnected: Our eyes see only a tiny sliver of the light spectrum. We
don’t see the interconnections so we see each other (and things) as separate. The
Cartesian, mechanistic, rational paradigm has steered us into many walls of anxiety and
overwhelm, isolation and incarceration. It's time for entering a new universe of
possibility, where the inner world is a gold mind and self-discovery leads to a new sense
of relationship to everyone and everything else.
5. Overwhelming indications are that people want leadership that unites, inspires and
engenders a love that can transcend/resolve our divisions. A love of serving the greatest
good, not who/what makes us feel good…a love of bridging and inclusion, not
compartmentalization and exclusion.

2.5 The Three Big Logics of sharing and integrity in
dialectical Comboism
Integrity and sharing are functionally interpenetrating dual characters of connectivity. No
integrity no sharing; no sharing no integrity; finally no connectivity at all!
There are three logics of sharing and integrity in dialectical comboism.
1. The instrumental logic of sharing and integrity makes dialectical comboism as an all-
embracing organization whose extraordinary rationale is to Solve The Perceived
Problems facing the governments, associated with an increasingly multi-ethnicity
induced conflict; environmental problems and risks; social dislocation and threats to
social and welfare arrangements; crime and security threats, civil war, and economy
expansion and diffusion inducing conflict of interest on the region. Legitimacy of
integrity depends on the ability to solve problems effectively and the capacity to deliver
the goods that people demand (cf. Scharpf 1999). Division of powers and competences,
access to security, sustainability and economic integrity are some aspect of instrumental
logic of sharing and integrity.
2. The contextual logic of sharing and integrity conceives of dialectical comboism as a
more of A Value-Based People in which the different nationality modes of commitment
and identification are to be harmonized via harmony of functions and liberation of
humankind. The success of the dialectical comboism depends upon developing a shared
identity and a value basis for integrating different conceptions of the good life, and a
diverse range of societal interests (cf. Miller 1995). The culture of political equality,
equity, freedom, inclusion, justice and protection, prosperity, civilization,
democratization and peaceful coexistence are some of the contextual logic of sharing and
integrity in dialectical comboism. For instance, the parliamentary congress of the federal
democratic republic Ethiopia (FDRE) shall respect the equality of all individuals as
founders and all public formations as superstructures before the constitution as well as
their national identities, inherent in their fundamental structures, political and
constitutional, inclusive of regional and local self-government’. The commitment to
universal values expressed above is thus combined with a strong commitment to countrial
Page 47
identity of Ethiopianism. This latter commitment is combined with new provisions to
strengthen countrial democracy in FDRE matters via developing dialectical reason of
understanding, accepting and recognizing. This is done through making regional and
local governments’ parliamentary-congress more involved in the decision-making
processes at parliamentary-congress level of FDRE.
3. The communicative logic of sharing and integrity conceives of the dialectical comboism
as a Rights-Based Discourse and Ideology also known as ‘rightocracy’ to mean
‘combined rights’ authority’.
a. It is premised on the recognized need for continuing the process of institution
building at the political level.
b. It envisions a wider, cosmopolitan conception of democracy.
c. It is premised on the notion that in order to obtain legitimacy, decision-makers
will be forced to pay attention to a wide range of popular opinions.
d. The dialectical comboism, in this view, is in need of direct legitimating and a
firmer basis of popular participation than the one provided for by the democratic
processes at the state level. Here the integration process hinges on the ability to
set up a fair ensemble of cooperation founded on basic rights and democratic
procedures for deliberation and decision-making.
e. The third logic of integrity envisions a pattern of integration that is responsive to
normative pressure and communicative power. This notion entails that the
deliberations that emanate from a multitude of public spheres are channeled into
and shaped, transformed, and tested by a set of basic individual rights and
democratic procedural arrangements. Rights are legally institutionalized relations
of universal respect for the autonomy and dignity of persons.
f. Indicators of the third logic of integrity refer to the further delineation of a set of
civil and political rights that permit Ethiopians to conceive of themselves as
constitutional actors; an ongoing commitment to those legal and political
institutional reforms that are conducive to the furtherance of post-countrial
Page 48
constitutional patriotism, including representative and accountable institutions;
all-embracing constitutional deliberation; and the explicit recognition that the
legitimacy of the Ethiopia is founded on a constitutional structure that appeals to
fundamental principles of justice.
g. The objective is to try to sort out more clearly which principal alternatives the
peoples of Ethiopia are faced with, with onus on the best match possible between
the relevant normative and empirical dimensions. This is important in order to
clarify the nature of the choices, the costs and the benefits that can be associated
with each logics of integrity and sharing. It is also a way to substantiate the
implicit hypothesis that the third strategy is the most viable. In empirical terms,
this will spring from a mutually supportive process, where constitution-making is
carried forth so as to establish an Ethiopian citizenship based on entrenched
political rights, reformed decision-making procedures, and clearer divisions of
competences along vertical and horizontal lines, that is, between the Ethiopian
institutions and the member regional states (vertical) and among the institutions at
the countrial level (horizontal).

2.6 Philosophy of ‘No One Size, Direction or Ideology Fits
All’
Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life. Think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles,
nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.
That is way great spiritual giants are produced. - Swami Vivekananda
The ultimate goal of comboism is to reach complete conflict transformation. This complete
transformation requests not one, but so many possible ideologies in different paths, size,
direction, ways, energies and ability by bringing them together. This combination of a plurality
of ideas is important to create enough synergy and all virtue green ideology ultimately reaches
the goal of complete transformation. The reason that our world couldn’t able to eliminate conflict
is because of the existing ideologies that declare the half-freedom –half slavery democracy.
Now, it is time to adopt the half the freedom-virtue circle of the existing ideologies and time to
eliminate their half slavery vicious circle, creating a full freedom ideology. It is because of the
half freedom –half slavery ideologies that I design the title of
‘No one size fits all needs, interests and desires,
No one direction fits all needs; interests and desires;
No one path fits all needs; interests and desires;
No one ideology fits all needs; interests and desires;’ etc.
No one size fits all means the size of one man is different from the size of the other man. For
instance, the need of the rich is different from the needs of the poor. The need to create economic
empowerment to the poor needs different ideology from the ideology required to create
economic empowerment of the rich. To empower the poor we may need Developmentalism, but
to empower the rich we may need to use Neoliberalism. Here, as Developmentalism may not fit
the rich, Neoliberalism may not fit the poor too. Similarly, social democrat may fit the purpose
of solidarity, but liberal democracy may not achieve such solidarity. Social democracy fits to
fulfill libertarian right of the unprotected, weak and lower class, but liberal democracy doesn’t fit
the libertarian right of the unprotected lower class. Furthermore, communism fits public interest,
but it doesn’t fit private interest. Liberal democracy fits private interest, but it doesn’t fit public
Page 51
interest. This thought us clearly the currently existing ideologies deliver half- freedom, but also
half restriction (slavery). As a result, it is true that ‘no one ideology fits all human desires needs
and interests’. ‘No one size fits all’. No one direction fits all’. ‘No one path fits all’. But, an all
virtue green ideology fits all human desires, needs and interests.’ And this is called
“COMBOISM”. Therefore, ‘Comboism fits all.’ This is the reason that I named it ‘Comboism
is the new democratic republic of an all virtue green ideology’. There were many republics,
but now we need new DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC of the heart and mind that eliminates the
half restrictions in all the previous republics of non-green ideologies. The word ‘green’ is to
indicate that ‘our green environment is from our green ideology’. If we have no green ideology,
we can’t have green environment. Similarly, “our green economy is from our green ideology.” If
we have green ideology, we can have green economy, but if we haven’t green ideology, we can’t
realize our goals of green economy. Additionally, it is our green ideologies that help us deliver
green education to our learners. Our green chemistry ideology is the great power that helps us
deliver green chemistry education. Moreover, the transcend approach try to interpret the slogan
of ‘No one ideology fits all’ as follows.
a. Only one ideology is not enough to reach complete conflict
transformation, but combinations of ideologies
b. Only one ideology is not enough to bring complete solutions of
complete conflict transformation, but combinations of range of
ideologies
c. Only one ideology is not enough to satisfy human needs, interests and
desires, but combination of range of ideologies
d. Complete transformations, satisfaction, solutions and fulfillments are
through many possible sequential discrete paths, sizes, directions,
ways, ideologies, energies and power. Hence, comboinal policy of ‘No
one size, direction or ideology fits all’ is key philosophical policy in
comboism. For instance, working and investing only on agriculture
can’t solve all problems of a given country. Working or investing on
materials need doesn’t solve all issues existing in a given country. In
Page 52
similar fashion, the state alone can’t solve all human problems. On the
other hand, the market can’t solve all human interests at the market.
Therefore, it is comboinal philosophical ideology based solutions that
bring complete solutions to the complete conflict transformations.
Hence, comboism requests a comprehensive diversity of specialized
economic zones, specialized innovation and technology development
zones, specialized entrepreneur spirits and social networks, specialized
quality assurance and standards, specialized investments, specialized
free trade zones, specialized high technology industry developments,
specialized truism zones, specialized animal production zones,
specialized crop production, specialized energy generation zone,
specialized import-export production zones, specialized intellectuals
training zones, specialized military zones, etc. therefore, the new ‘No
one thing fits all’ policy will revise the old ‘One thing fits all’ policy.
Some examples of ‘One thing fits all’: conservatives believe that peace
through balance of power, while liberals believe that peace through
rule of law. However, based on the policy of ‘No one thing fits all’,
balance of power is not enough to ensure democracy. Similarly, rule of
law alone couldn’t ensure democracy without the balance of power. It
is the combination of rule of law and balance of power that have
power to ensure full democracy, indicating comboism is best candidate
to ensure full democracy compared to liberalism and conservatives as
well as communism and social democrats since they are partial
democrats with half restriction range of ideologies.
Great slogans in comboism:
No man is created with only one eye! No man is created with only one leg!
No man is created with only one hand! No man is created with only one ear!
No man is created with only one teeth! No man is created with only one mind!
Our world is made up of combinations of solid, gas and liquid!
Page 53
The job of eye can’t be done with the hand! The job of our hand can’t be done with our
leg!
The job of ear can’t be done with the use of eye! The job of mind can’t be done with the
heart!
The job of the heart can’t be done with the use of the mind! Every part has its own job!
The success of human is the success of all its parts (eye, ear, heart, mind, leg, hand, etc)!
Complete success is from the success of complete combinations!
2.7 Philosophy of ‘Crossing the River and the Ocean’
My grandfather, Eyes-that-Sparkle, told our tribe, ‘‘Never cross a river until you come to it.’’ But in my generation, the world is
owned by those who have made the crossing in their imagination far ahead of the crowd. —Grey Owl (Archibald Belaney)
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea. - Medgar Evers
Comboism believes that there are many challenges to human being considered like the big rivers
and big oceans to be crossed. Crossing these rivers and oceans ensure peace, sustainable life and
standard of living. The river and the ocean are representing the great potential barriers acting as
source of poverty and life instability, damaging our economy, development and civilization not
to move forward into sustainability and standard of living. The comboist world is world of peace,
sustainability and standard of living. All these are indication of life liberty and quality of life
(living). Now, thinking how to cross the river and the ocean to demonstrate the comboist world
and reach the world of peace, sustainability and standard of living becomes great issue and
concern. Different people may suggest different solutions to cross the river and the ocean. For
instance,
One may suggest waiting until the flood pass or using other direction with no flood and
ocean
Others may suggest fixing big stones at the river and ocean and passing by jumping from
one fixed stone to the other fixed stone. During this, waiting for some time and passing
through the fixed big stones after passing the higher amount of flood.
Page 54
Others may suggest building a bridge so that freely moving through the bridge
Others may suggest training the swimmers so that everyone may get training how to cross
the flood in the river and the ocean by swimming using the swimming jacket.
Others may suggest manufacturing boats and
Others may suggest air plane
The strategies and policies to crossing and passing the bottleneck challenges and barriers for
human peaceful life, civilization, development and prosperity is like the strategies and policies to
cross and pass the river and the ocean. Different scholars, scientists and leaders may suggest
different strategies and policies to cross and pass the bottleneck challenges and barriers to
peaceful living, civilization, development and prosperity. In the issue of crossing and passing the
river and the ocean, there are keywords such as waiting, changing another way or direction, fixed
stones, the bridge, the swimmers, the training and trainees, the boat and ship, the plane, etc.
consequently, what should be these keywords to cross and pass the challenges and barrier to
civilization, development, prosper, and peaceful life? How should human beings penetrate the
potential barriers limiting life-liberty and quality of living is key issue that need to be solved and
shouldn’t be missed. If I were one of the candidates to answer this great question, then I was able
to suggest the following solutions.
1) Building robust specialized institutions
2) Building and training philosophers/intellectuals’ power house
3) Building robust sector technology powerhouse
4) Building the power of organizing in three dimensions that enable mutual feeding
5) Requirement engineering power house
6) Building a robust systemic network of organizations
7) Building a robust reserve and saving power house
8) Building precision at work
Page 55
N.B All these tactics, strategies and policies are going to enable human and democratic rights
and collectively demonstrating tactics, strategies and policies of the comboist manifesto.
1) Building robust specialized institutions: such institutions are the key to engineer and
transform a country’s democracy, economy, politics and civilization. These institutions
may be:
a. Specialized economic institutions
b. Specialized democracy cultivating and nurturing institutions
c. Specialized peace-building and keeping institutions
d. Specialized agricultural institutions
e. Specialized truism cultivating and nurturing institutions
f. Specialized water harvesting zones
g. Specialized energy harvesting zones
h. Specialized health institutions
i. Indigenous knowledge and wisdom nurturing special institutions
j. Special centre of civilizations
2) Building and training philosophers/intellectuals power house: training intellectuals
that can penetrate the potential barriers of civilization, development and peace building.
This strategy may be enabled via establishing sector intellectual power house for each
and every sector. In this case, the intellectuals are the key engine to drive each and every
sector. The expected intellectuals should be self-cleaning, greening and robust scholars.
Such scholars are not only engine of transformation, but also like the fixed stones, boats
and air plane on top of them the mass people are passing and crossing the potential
barriers to development, civilization and peace.
3) Building robust sector technology power house: technology is nothing, but a means to
simplify human life or to create sustainable, simple, green and safe for better life.
Page 56
Adoption and innovation make technology easy to expand and reach human related
challenges. Hence, human life style transformation is fast if adoption and innovation are
implemented, but waiting for invention and discovery make it slow to expand and time
taking. At the time where adopted and innovated technology for transformation,
invention and discovery are required to overcome saturation and create another new life
style. So, building sector technology power house is responsible for technology
dynamism to continue and create new life standard of living. Thus, technology is a means
to reach great civilization. Civilization is simplified human life or standard of life.
4) Building the power of organizing in three dimensions that enable mutual feeding:
development should range from small project up to large mega project. These projects
should be organized in the way they can mutually be feed each other. The small project
should feed the medium one and the medium project should feed the larger mega project.
This way of organizing projects, institutions and organizations as well as systems have
the ability of confirming real development.
5) Requirement engineering power house: The great advantage of ability/satisfaction
principle in comboism ideology is due to its ‘innovative character’ ranged from:
a. ability/need to need/requirement engineering
b. need/requirement engineering to requirement engineering/satisfaction
6) Building robust systemic network of organizations: This network helps create robust
communication, productivity and mutualism.
7) Building robust reserve and saving power house: This power house is key quality.
Establishing robust reserve and saving power house can be in economy, energy, power,
defense, security or generally political, economic and human capital reserve and saving
are essential.
8) Building precision at work: unless precision at work is realized, the goals of quality,
excellence and fulfillment in action can’t be realized. Therefore, precision at work is the
origin of satisfaction.
Page 57
2.8 Radical Revolution of Values and Demonstrating Green
Behavioral Change
Martin Luther King called each of us to join together to undergo a radical revolution of values
and to conquer racism, materialism, and militarism. William P. Quigley
Loyola University New Orleans School of Law
Unless we win over hate and division, hate and division will win over us! Tabism
“Nothing can be radically changed, without the radical change of the dominant thought (without
the radical change in the way of thinking).” Žarko Pai
Certainly, the revolution is happening through evolutionary development of new way of
thinking! Veselin Vukotic, University of Donja Gorica
In addition to excellence in an idea or ideology, governments should excellence in the core values and
instrumental values of the ideologies in ‘demonstrating behavioral change to their citizens’ since ‘values’
have the power to create ‘a wave’ that can eliminate the leadership and its core ideology. This is like 1)
the idea or ideology understood as an ocean; 2) the values understood as a wave in the ocean and the
leadership understood as a ship floating on the ocean fighting against the wave to keep its survival,
motion and balance. But the government shall not only “excellent but also enough”. The means the leader
may be excellent ideologically, but also must be enough practically to win over enemies. The new idea
shall not only be a good one but also enough to offer significant benefits and savings over the old idea.
For instance, green ideology of carbon free policy is excellent because it is enough to create green and
sustainable healthier world of our environment. Such things are played by green core values and
instrumental values in addition to the green ideology. A given Governments’ core values and instrumental
values to build a bond among its people are big 24 keys in the new world of dialectical comboism: all
these are means of harmony of function.
1. Humanity: there is nothing beyond humanity that unifies human beings because we all
are human that we shouldn’t accept failure of others for the benefit of ours. Humanity
leads to win-win finishing, which is free of selfishness and ignorance. As a human,
‘being and knowledge of being’ comes first in sequence to create great cement of
unification in a combination. Humanity is the base for human greatness; if you don’t
accept and recognize it, it is failure to breathe your last breath!

  • 11. Page 8 Forward Forward New Directions and bringing new possibilities to the socio-politics, socioeconomics and cultivation of new culture of democracy and new culture of politics presents outstanding change and transformation paradigms in the peace, prosperity and civilization of a given country, broadly construed. The series aims to renew and advance the program of political democratization, peaceful coexistence, economic prosperity and cultural civilization, with a particular focus on theorizing modern struggles around ideology of politics, economics and culture nurturing and cultivating both in their localization and globalization as well as their complex interconnections in the real world. This is to happen in the new historical period since the founding of the People's complementary parliamentary congress of Democratic Republic Country of constitution and government: Since constitution and government signify the same thing, and since constitution is sovereignty of the country that has the right to legislate and to self-govern . . . whereas government is the supreme power of the country that has the right to purely executive power and purely keep power. . . “Hence, a country that claims to be democratic, peaceful and prosperous shouldn’t be guilty of this and that. Moreover, Founding Fathers of the United States believed that history had given them the opportunity to decide, as Alexander Hamilton wrote in the first Federalist Paper, whether men are indeed capable of basing government on “reflection and choice, or whether they are forever destined to depend . . . on accident and force.” This time, it is our turn to believe like the Founding Fathers of the United States in the position of our situation we are swimming in. Furthermore, from Angela Merkel’s book of modern great leaders, I found that “for great leaders attest to the reality of human freedom against the supposed inevitabilities of history. And they attest to the wisdom and power that may lie within the most unlikely of us, which is why Abraham Lincoln remains the supreme example of great leadership. A great leader, said Emerson, exhibits new possibilities to all humanity. “We feed on genius. . . . Great men exist that there may be greater men.” It is thus dialectical comboism is a new ideological paradigm of new sociopolitics and political economy of the modern world yet discovered. The idea of dialectical comboism is to cultivate and nurture the new idea of “we the peoples of …ia in combination” or “we ….ian peoples in combination,” for example, “we the peoples of Ethiopia in combination” or “we Ethiopian peoples in

Unless Ethiopia as a country establishes and flourishes the idea of “we Ethiopian peoples in combination” or “we the peoples of Ethiopia in combination,” Ethiopia will never get peace in its everlasting history since Ethiopia is different country in its natural historical appearance given by its creator, The GOD. “We the peoples of Ethiopia in combination” or “We Ethiopian peoples in combination” is equally interpreted and understood as “ ...”

  • 16. Page 13 1. Background You don’t just think a dream. You feel it in your bones and in your heart. John Maxwell The world of transforming society is becoming more and more interactive, complex and chaotic in its nature due to complex human interests and desires as per the development of Technoscience. This made the world more communicative, instrumental and contextual thought in its logic of reality. This thought needs a new dialectical approach, method and tactics to fit the modern human needs, interests and desires and enable them overcome the surrounding chaos and complexes. Such a new dialectics shall bring new paradigm shift to lead the way from living in the vicious circle of conflict of interest into the virtue circle of working together to envisioning synergistic society standing together for the purpose of realizing secular and humanistic diversity, sustainability, peace and prosperity. Although this is the reality, the discovery of new ideology gets declined throughout the world in this modern history. With this declining discovery of ideology, it is difficult to solve the modern chaos and challenges growing up from modern human interest and need. In order to overcome this trend of declined ideological journey, scholars and leaders shall start to develop new philosophical, economic, political and leadership deals. Next to this problem, there is a problem in prioritizing the focuses and centers of a given ideology. For instance, our world is highly divided into ideological division that leads to conflict of interest. This creates a big tension among the western and eastern countries. And this becomes a big challenge to safeguard peace, security and wellbeing for all humankind especially in developing countries. The challenging ideas that create great tension among countries are: 1) the interest to prosper through the path of economic democratization focusing on building the economy, 2) the interest to prosper through the path of political democratization focusing on solving political instability and 3) the interest to prosper through the path of social democrats focusing on the idea of socialization. Every interest has its own weakness. Many of the countries focusing on building economy using economic ideology are facing the challenge of political instability while those countries focusing on political democratization are facing the challenge of economic inequity and instability. In some of many countries, some group of people have companies manufacturing drone, airplane and other very important material while other groups of people or individuals are left behind education, development and wealth. Some want to live in
  • 17. Page 14 mars and some are living beside roads on the earth collecting food from others. Some are eating leftover food while others are eating standard and high quality food. Some have close and house while others have no close and house. Some are driving a car; some are traveling through airplane while others are traveling on foot. Some have the capability to work while others have not. On the other hand, some countries are in peaceful development and prosperity while others are in war crisis, economic crisis and political crisis which led them undergo civil war among each other. Anyways it is wondering that what world we are living in. Now, the big issue here is that “is there any ideological trend to ensure balanced state of human living?” What economic and political principles can help us reach balanced state of human living? Or shall we ignore the idea of balanced state of human living not to be raised? Is it possible to balance human interest to overcome conflict of interest? Can we combine all human problems to provide combined solutions with combined benefit for all? Is it possible to rethink on the idea that the principle of combination can overcome human conflict of interest by making them work together, sharing together, standing together, building together and functioning together? Unless human being work together, it is difficult to overcome challenges that human beings are facing. Unless we humanly combine our interests to be solved together, we will live in conflict. The great principle here is “combined solution for combined problems to bring combined impact”. Human interests and needs are too complex to solve unless we implement an ideology that deal with the principle of “combined solutions for combined problems to bring combined new impact through combined efforts.” On the other hand, there is a big issue dealing with the question that “is one way the only way?” Is one way (direction) enough to reach the desired end? Does one idea fit all our problems and interests? Doesn’t combination of ideas, things or solutions help us solve our complex problems we are facing? All these issues are great ideas that made me develop dialectical comboism (combinationism) for the purpose of human greatness. In my point of view one way is not the only way to solve problems challenging human beings. If one way is not the only way, then cooperation is a better way. The ideology that nurtures this great viewpoint is dialectical comboism that believes in making great cooperation. The reason for this is that Comboism is an ideology that believes on “the more alternatives the less likely the violence and conflict presence” and hence ‘conflictless combined political economic society’ can be demonstrated at
  • 18. Page 15 the expense of conflict determination rather than class determination to reach synergistic society.” This involves greening the idea of political economy to make people cooperate and transform together for the purpose of demonstrating combined impact from combined effort. This ideology is developed to consider the question of inclusiveness, sustainability, and peace as a new horizon of paradigm shift for the betterment of human life. This is a vision of dialectical comboism for sustainable and balanced desired ends, which our people are looking for. This requests technoscientists, technoengineers, technoartists, technocommercers, technojournalists, rightocrats, technocrats, economocrats, and prospocrats to bring it into practice. This vision is not only getting a given people back in a great combination from the current fragmentation and war against each other, but also making their political economies work in combination for their greatness. In line with this perspective, it is possible to develop new deals that can overcome all economic, political and social instabilities to reach balanced state of human living. In order to reach balanced state of living, such new economic, political and social deals shall implement the policy that: 9 no human left behind the acts of development goals so that prosperity of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human left behind the acts of peace goals so that the dream of peace of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human or community left behind the acts of political stability goals so that competence of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable education goals so that education of all by all for all can be true. With this in mind, there are possible combinations of ways that facilitate these three policy paradigms. Such possible solutions are: 9 enabling the poor escape out of poverty vicious circle 9 enabling the uneducated escape out of backwardness and ignorance vicious circle 9 balancing all to compete 9 convincing all to deal with peaceful development 9 nurturing peace of all by all for all 9 ensuring secular development to demonstrate economic secularism
  • 19. Page 16 9 empowering the creative, innovative and inventive 9 cultivating the principles of enabling and empowering: This principles are important to reach effectiveness and efficient being For this purpose, the transforming society needs an inclusive ideology that can bring combined solutions for our combined problems. It is, thus, a dialectical comboism that can develop combination of ideas to solve combined problems facing human beings. Hence, the author believes that balanced state of living could not be reached without this inclusive ideology, i.e dialectical comboism.

Philosophy of New Policy Deals and Commitments “The more alternatives the less likely the violence and conflict presence” and hence ‘conflictless combined political economic society’ can be demonstrated at the expense of conflict determination rather than class determination to reach synergistic society.” This philosophy shall be based on the principles that: 9 no human left behind the acts of development goals so that prosperity of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human or community left behind the acts of political stability goals so that competence of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human left behind the acts of peace goals so that the dream of peace of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable research and development goals so that the dream of research and development goals of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable technology goals so that the dream of technology of all by all for all can be true. 9 no human or community left behind the acts of sustainable health goals so that health of all by all for all can be true. 9 “the process that makes the decisions legitimate; the method that makes the decisions effective; the result that makes the decisions efficient.” “Comboism is “peaceful interaction of two or more agents” such as individuals, communities, societies, institutions, group of people, states, etc. such that the combined effect is equal to the multiplication of the expected individual effects, where the effect of two or more agents combined is exactly the multiplication of their individual effects. It is an ideology of “synergy relation” in its nature rather than “of additive relation”.….Dream of Dialectical Comboism
  • 21. Page 18 should thus have no other thought or aim than peace, civilization, prosperity and democratization, nor acquire mastery in anything except peace, civilization, prosperity and democratization, its organization and discipline; for peace, civilization, prosperity and democratization is the only art expected of a leader and its leadership in the government via combined leadership and combined development that cultivate combined diplomacy at the expense of complementary politics...” “There is no birth for anything mortal; there is no end by baleful death; there is only the combining and separating of the ingredients of a mixture. Birth is but a name given to this fact by man.”-Empedocles of Agrigentum “The scientist cannot play the role of a detached observer, but becomes involved in the world he observes to the extent that he influences the properties of the observed objects.”-Edward Nelson “What physics has discovered is that everything is radically interconnected in ways that are subtler and much deeper than can be explained or understood on a purely mechanical or macroscopic physical basis.” Mark Comings 2.1 Dialectical Comboism Numerous People with Numerous share and integrity led to Combined-History, combined- destiny and combined-futurity! The big interests presented their positions (usually in terms of ‘public interest’) without, in most cases, underlining their agreement or disagreement with other opinions; the dialecticians emphasized these lines of agreement or conflict; while the radicals denounced and maybe thereby paradoxically strengthened the pro European consensus; the facilitators then tried to reduce the ‘cognitive dissonance’ through explanations. (Magnette 2004: 220) The great dialectical idea of comboism is leading the way from domination to cooperation and from exclusion to inclusion as well as from clashing to balancing things for better life. All these efforts are to demonstrate balanced state of living among humankinds. Dialectical comboism is a way of understanding reality of thought, emotions of the material world and the human world in combination. Simply stated, this methodology is the combination of dialectics, materialism and
  • 22. Page 19 humanism or (dialectics, materialism, humanism) like x, y and z or (x, y, z). This is the reason that make dialectical comboism is science. It is also known as a combination of knowing to doing and doing to knowing, theory and practice, matter and human (matter, individual, people), foundation to superstructure and superstructure to foundation, necessity and intelligence, appearance and essence, … etc. In dialectical comboism, there are four things that everyone needs to understand. 1. Motion: it is the mode of existence of human and matter, living and non-living. Never anywhere has there been motion without human and matter, motion without living and non-living, human without matter, living without non-living, nor can there be. 2. Complementation: opposites are also co-Interpenetrate, co-interconnect, co- interdependent. Human and matter are opposite, but also complement each other. Human use and feed matter to live. Human without matter is meaningless. Matter especially the organic matter needs human to give it protection, water, cultivation and medicine like its complement human. We human become ultimately organic and inorganic matter, for instance, could be organic and inorganic soil. So, human is one of the sources of matter on the earth. Complementation is the great meaning of co-Interpenetration, co-interconnection, and co-interdependence of things in reality. 3. Change of form of motion is always a process that takes place between at least two bodies, of which one: 9 loses a definite quantity of motion of one quality of matter such as heat, while the other gains a corresponding quantity of another quality such as mechanical motion, electricity, chemical decomposition,…, etc. 9 loses a definite quantity of motion of one quality of human such as disorder, differences, hate, fear and vicious, while the other gains a corresponding quantity of another quality such as order, agreement, love, trust, virtue, …, etc.
  • 23. Page 20 4. Modern Dialectics: it is a method of reasoning which aims to understand things concretely in all their movement (motion), change and interconnection or interpenetrations, with their opposites and contradictory sides in unity. It is opposed to the formal, metaphysics but accepts quantum physics mode of thought of ordinary understanding which begins with combined definition of a thing according to its various possible attributes. For dialectics the truth is the whole picture, of which each view is a more or less one-sided, partial aspect. Moreover, dialectical comboism also follows the two laws of thought: The law of interpenetration of opposites and the principle of cooperation.
  • 24. Page 21 2.2 Great ways to advance academic philosophy in Dialectical Comboism “Method is the spirit of all science. The system is nothing but one part after another or one part upon another. Without a good method the whole system breaks and falls down like a house of cards. And this collapse is happening even now to human culture; a great crisis in the human sciences is upon us. It is the method which binds all together; it is like the human consciousness without which all the organs would be dead.” Edmond Bordeaux Szekely Dialectics is the theory of the practice, and not the theory of the theory as it exists in the official sciences. In dialectical comboism, there are at least four main methodological principles of correlative dialectics in comboism. 1. Principle of Correlativity: All phenomena are correlative. They not only depend on others, but each reciprocally completes the other: opposites complete opposites, and they are indivisible and unimaginable without each other. The whole mechanism of the Universe is correlative. 2. The principles of Synergy: It is interaction of discrete agencies such as industrial farms, agents to produce synergistic strength. Synergism is the principle that the combined (multiplication) values and performances of two or more ideas will be greater than the separate individual parts. Synergy is a term that is most commonly used in the context of unifications and acquisitions. Synergy is the potential financial benefit achieved through the combining of capacities (ideas) and is a driving force behind a union. Unifications and acquisitions are made with the goal of improving the company’s performance for the share holders. Synergy is the combined power of a group of things when they are working together. 3. The principles of Combination: n r n r r r P C P (This is to achieve synergy and, enhance and strengthen performance).
  • 25. Page 22 Where P is probability and n r r r P P is the number of possible choices. We say that there are nCr combinations of size r that may be selected from among n choices without replacement where order doesn’t matter. We can also write the combinations formula in terms of factorials: ! ( )! ! n r n C n r r Where, r is the number of arrangements in n spaces. This mathematical thinking is essential in establishing great ideology to reach great consensus among nation nationalities and people during establishment of great country with big resource, big market and big economy. When we think to build such a great country the probability of building a country is at the point that ‘n = r’, where n is total nation nationalities and people and, r is the probability of choosing the number of nation nationalities to participate in the building process of the country. Hence, ‘n = r’ means the number of nation nationalities and people that are selected by the government to participate during building process of the country is equal to the total number of nation nationalities and people living in the country. This means that all the nation nationalities and people are participated, treated, accepted and recognized equally to build their beloved country. This is called ‘Green Success to Build a Great Green Country’. However, ‘Failure to Build a Great Country’ occurs when 0 r n (some are ignored) and r = 0 (no participants-all are ignored).
  • 26. Page 23 4. The principles of cooperation: This is the principle of making autonomous friendship of peoples and/or persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs and aspirations through jointly-owned and democratically controlled enterprise. Thus, this philosophy is based on seven principles: a. concern for community b. cooperation among cooperatives c. autonomy and independence d. Omnicratic control e. education, training, and information f. all-round participation: political, social, economic engagement g. voluntarism h. diversity, equity, and inclusiveness for peace and sustainability Hence, cooperative principles are more important now than ever before. This is the idea of rule by the co-ops. The principle of cooperatives believe that we are stronger when a proactive effort is put forth to engage everyone in governance, management and representations because it is cooperation to which all parties consent. Cooperation is based on the idea that we are strong when we are multiplied (coming together). The strength of cooperatives is from their ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others while its importance is from their ‘working together (synergy), social responsibility and shared understanding’ that never let people left behind economic, social and cultural development goals. 2.3 Comboism and Its Philosophy “Innovation” will come from “people” who are able to link: “Beauty to Engineering”, “Humanity to Technology” and “Poetry to Process”. –Walter Isaacson “Every existing ideology has a foundation and superstructure like that of individualism and socialism or privatism and publicism, respectively; the foundation determines and the
  • 27. Page 24 superstructure influences. Now, if we ignore the foundation we disable the determinant; if we ignore the superstructure we disable the influencer. This indicates that every useful thing comes out of the battle of two opposite forces. Consequently, we need to combine both the foundation and the superstructure to enable the combination (that useful thing) and to be free, just and fair from being ignorant, partial and exclusive.” Comboists dialectics In the modern political world, the aim of experimenting humanism and its validity in combination with the law, balance of power and peace through peaceful means is called ‘dialectical Comboism’! The root word for comboism is combination. The word combination is inclusive, holistic, universal, cohesive and generic in its character. Within the philosophy of green combination, where green is understood as healthy, hygiene, generosity, virtue, secure, well-mannered and sustainability: 1. ‘Green Synergy’ is characteristics philosophy of synergistic sharing of blood of kinships, values, traditions, cultures, historical journey, creating a ‘new collective common sense background’’ among various background people. 2. ‘Green Diversity’ of similarities and differences as a beauty of engineering our combination 3. ‘Complementarity’ of opposites as a great means, tool, tactic and technique of engineering our combination 4. ‘Green competence along 'intellectual virtues' (knowledge, wisdom)’ as an identification mechanism of engineering quality of opposites to be elected, selected, and chosen for leadership, management, service delivery and value adding asset. “In a country in which most men possessed ‘a competence,’ property was in no danger.” Alexander Mackay 5. ‘Green Conservation of access, option and quality’ as a great political, economic and culture engineering traditions and values of our combination 6. ‘Combined Inclusiveness as a combined quality’ via all round green citizenship in combination: inclusion is a measure of social quality. According to Duffy (1995) in Alan Walker And Andrea Wigfield (January 2004): social exclusion is a broader concept than poverty, encompassing not only low material means but the
  • 28. Page 25 inability to participate effectively in economic, social, political, and cultural life, and, in some characterizations, alienation and distance from the mainstream of society. In addition to this, According to the editors of the book, Social Quality: A Vision for Europe, (2001), explain the choice of 'inclusion' over 'exclusion' in terms of the positive, pro-active nature of social quality, and they link it explicitly to the idea of citizenship. This does not imply a narrow legalistic form of 'citizenship' but, rather, the wider 'possibility of participation in economic, political, social and cultural systems and institutions' (Beck et al, 2001, p.346). Berghman (1997) postulates that the modern 'welfare state', no matter whether it is what he identifies as the 'Scandinavian' model, the continental/Bismarckian model, or the Atlantic/Beveridge model, has as one of its key aims, the production of 'social integration'. He summarizes social quality as 'the extent to which citizens participate in the social, economic and democratic life of society'. Furthermore, According to Berghman (1997), the Observatory attempted to view social exclusion as the non-realization of citizenship rights. Hence, ‘Social quality’ is defined in terms of participation (Beck et al, 1997) in Alan Walker And Andrea Wigfield (January 2004) and theorized in terms of social relations (Beck et al, 2001) realized at the expense of ‘combined inclusion’, acting as regulating means of ‘quality citizenship’ to be in ‘harmony of function’, to declare all round green patriotic proficient citizenship in combination. The reason I have stated ‘green patriotic proficient citizenship’ is because the word citizenship may act as a masking political agent, otherwise too passive or defensive political agent due to its narrow legalistic form. The quality of green patriotic proficient citizenship is measured at the expense of ‘combined quality’ characterized by ‘combined inclusion’ formulated from its three dimensions: ‘combined care for integration, combined participation and combined relations’. Moreover, Berghman (1997) formulates three dimensions that offer themselves as pointers for social integration. A first dimension that focuses on ensuring an 'adequate level of physical and economic security'; a second which emphasizes the 'value based degree of social cohesion and solidarity', and a third that refers to the 'democratic, participatory process that should allow a more balanced collective decision making about it'. In my understanding, the third one would be better if considered as rights based balanced collective decision making of sustainability. Finally, with regard to the fourth
  • 29. Page 26 component, it may be argued that empowerment depends on inclusion, cohesion and socio-economic security but it is distinct from these other three in that it relates to the capacity to act within social relations. This is a great description of ‘green action in combination’ with its great green domains such as green Citizenship Rights, labour market, public service, private service, social networking and their sub-domains combining their great indicators (see Alan Walker And Andrea Wigfield (January 2004), Berman, Y. and Phillips, D. (2000) and Berman, Y. and Phillips, D. (2001)), The Social Inclusion Component Of Social Quality, Fourth Draft). According to UK government, for instance, tackling social exclusion and poverty is based around four key themes: ™ Decent family incomes – with work for those who can and support for those who cannot; ™ High quality public services for everyone by raising the standards of the worst performers ™ Preventing social exclusion by addressing risk factors; ™ Reintegrating those who become excluded back into society If there is no combined participation; no combined relation; no combined inclusion; no combined quality; there will happen failure in harmony of function; citizenship failure; state failure, country failure. Above all, the modern dicombocratic societies need not only more powerful leadership but also real opportunities for citizens to address their circumstances, to develop their own visions and to enable themselves to contribute to an equitable and fair society. The need for powerful leadership is due to the appearance of new powerful citizens in the new powerful modern world of balance. This stand is against the Beck’ book argument: Social Quality: A Vision for Europe. Beck et al (2001, p.346) argue normatively that: Modern democratic societies do not need more powerful leadership but real opportunities for citizens to address their circumstances, to develop their own visions and to enable themselves to contribute to an equitable and fair society. Humanism also focused as publicism rather than socialist aspects as socialist aspect is easy to polarize. Both s-orbital and p-orbital in chemistry are both orbital differed in the orientation of electron density depending on the shape of orbital. s-orbital is spherical in shape and the electron density is dispersed all over the sphere due to which polarization is not easy. p- orbital is dumbbell in shape and the electron density is dispersed along one direction due to which polarization is easy to happen. Now, I want to share the character of s-orbital to the character of humanism rather than behaving the character of p-orbital. The character of humanism directly matches with the character of publicism rather than socialism. I believe that individualism shall range up to publicism rather than socialism. Because socialism is the result of publicism like the society is the result of people. The mass of socialism and the mass of the society are smaller than the mass of publicism and the mass
  • 31. Page 28 of people, respectively. Socialism and society have no enough time, space and place to calm the condition of polarization. Furthermore, both publicism and people are ensembles which directly fit the need for modern world aspirations of declaring ideology of green humanism rooted from green liberalism ranged into green publicism or from green individual to green people like from a green tree up to green diversity of plants. 9. ‘Green virtue’: The importance of virtues for the green position resides in the necessity of self-restraint, prudence and foresight so that long-term (i.e. sustainable) well-being is not sacrificed or undermined by desires to satisfy immediate self-interest. As a praxis- orientated view of morality, a virtue ethics casts the green theory of the good in terms of being and 'doing' and not simply of 'having'. That is, the good of which green virtues partake is one in which human well-being is understood as constituted by action rather than possession or consumption. To be green politically, ‘having, being and doing action’ must combine in a great green virtue combination.(Rethinking green politics nature, virtue, and progress by John Barry (1999)) 10. ‘Equality of getting freedom and opportunity of access, option and quality’ as a great means of unison for unification, survival, wellbeing and standardizing for calibration of harmony of function. 11. ‘Green entangled rights’: the right of freedom of entangled rights such as dwellity, citizenship, patriotism, nationalities, and needs to access, opportunity and quality. Correlative rights considered as founding rights such as human rights and Superstructure rights such as democratic rights in combination known as green entangled rights. 12. ‘Embeddedness in a Tandem sphere of influence’. A) Embeddedness along class complementation: formation of class, class conflict and class struggle are naturally occurring challenges that we can’t avoid them completely. As a result, class complementation is required to overcome conflict among opposite class identities and interests. This class complementation ultimately results classless relations. The greatness of dialectical comboism over dialectical Neoliberalism is due to its principle of class complementation over class relation preferred by dialectical Neoliberalism. B) Embeddedness along institutional design. Dialectical comboism is embedded in
  • 32. Page 29 institutions by which every institution is the green vehicle of it. This is due to the principle of combination and complementation of institutions to work in a great alignment, alliance, coalition, cooperation and coordination. C) Ideological embeddedness along green political virtue rather than deep politics. According to dialectical comboism, unity of opposites in a combination and complementation is not only embedded via ‘synthesis’ using thesis and antithesis but also naturally embedded. For instance, men and women are opposite but are made to be complement naturally to continue generation. Acid and base are opposite but complement to give a multifunctionally applicable sweet material salt. Red, yellow, blue pink, etc are opposite in color but create senseful fourole and attractiveness to life if they become in a great combination. This shows that dialectical comboism is not only naturally embedded but also in ‘ practical synthesis embedded common sense’ via the valuable potential of human beings due to its great characteristic tactics of its dialectics: synergyfulness, complementation, conservation of access, option and quality, diversityfulness in a combination, and combinational culture traditions and values. D) Three dimensional embeddedness along dialectical combination: dialectical comboism is three dimensionally embedded in the green-politics(x), green-economy (y) and green-culture (z). The green-politics is the brain of dialectical comboism. Toxic and harmful politics don’t create, invent, discover, innovate and engineer. Consequently, green-politics is great field of creativity, invention, discovery, innovation and engineering for dialectical comboism to mobilize, lead, and empower every human from each according to his/her ability to each according to his/her satisfaction of needs. Dialectical comboism believes that ‘everything fails soon or latter unless the politics is green to everyone’. The greatest sustainability, stability, prosperity and peaceful coexistence are the result of declaring green-politics to everyone and thus everything succeed rather than failing. More seriously, Leaders must be great in declaring green politics to everyone. It is a great means to guide, direct, teach, learn and show great green-demonstrations. Such green- demonstrations may be the law, the balance of power, the peaceful coexistence, peace and security, rightocratization, constitutionalization, etc. As a result, any government should be careful in designing green-political cultures and green-economic cultures. The green-culture is a means of widening the brain of human and brain of green-ideology, the
  • 33. Page 30 green-politics. Green-culture, as a core value and instrumental value, is the root of open- mindedness to enable green-politics. The green-economy is the result of green-politics and green-culture. Moreover, green-economy is built through expanding, delivering and building green-education, green-production and manufacturing industry, green- agricultural, green-truism, green-technoscience, green-technoart, green- technoengineering, green-peace and security industries. E) Environmental embeddedness: according to dialectical comboism, dialectical ideology should not only be rooted in globally but also environmentally. Moreover, ‘Environmental embeddedness’ is useful in cultivating and nurturing indigenous knowledge, cultural traditions sand values though the purpose of ‘learning’ is not only from local but also global. Learning from the eastern only is one-sided, but learning from any direction is all-round-sided practice. This design of ideology is key ideology to overcome conflict forwarded from any direction. This makes dialectical comboism is common sense from local and global as far as it create connection between local and global learning and beyond as far as green-connectivity is greet necessity to life. Tocqueville wrote: “Rights must be given to every citizen, or none at all to anyone, that is non-green one . . . save one, who is the master of all.” To me, the first is green action, but the second is non-green action. The philosophy of comboism is designed to overcome radical conflict among cultural, political, individual, social and economic ideologies. It is purposefully designed to create a conflictless system and ensemble of society, state, and market ideology intended to establish inclusive sociality, inclusive individuality, inclusive state, inclusive market, inclusive cultural traditions, inclusive development, inclusive public service, inclusive wealth distribution and redistribution with its root origin of inclusive change and growth pattern. Ideally, comboism is designed to provide a radical solution for radical conflict. The uniqueness of comboism compared to other ideologies such as socialism, liberalism, conservatism, and communism is because it provides “three dimensional sphere of influence”, while the others are with one dimensional sphere of influence. This is the reason that comboism brings various ideas together in a wider and broader dimension and perspective for the purpose of inclusiveness, egalitarianism, embracing diversity and spirit of concord through which our similarities and differences can be equally maintained
  • 34. Page 31 and embraced. Its adjective word is ‘comboinal’, which means ‘being an all-round and all- inclusive virtue’. Its root slogan is ‘from each according to his/her ability to each according to his/her satisfaction for the virtue of all life’. The merit of satisfaction is to create human excellence, quality service and delivery, and fulfillment in action for the virtue of all life, i.e. making human at the centre of its ideology. This century and the coming one are different from the previous centuries. It is the time of technology and human excellence, which can satisfy human being better than human labour based services, and this enable them to embrace and celebrate their cooperation, synergy, combination, synthesis, reconciliation, consolidation, and togetherness for the benefit of their human life, regardless of their differences and heterogeneity in their background, color, identity, interests of being in person, group and/or social ways, etc. This all virtue green ideology can be achieved via technology advancements and applications as well as human excellence since the modern world is the world of democratic technological wisdom, knowledge and skill. Furthermore, technology is an apparatus designed to serve human beings, regardless of their formation of being individuality, homogeneous society and/or heterogeneous society. Thus, the technology should lead and connect the world, because it is easy, simple and safe that can serve and benefit to all human life without any biasness, partiality and ignorance. Because of this, technology can make life easy, simple and safe development and prosperity. Moreover, the meaning of each according to his/her satisfaction is that the satisfaction of each person counts equally, regardless of the extent of their ability to produce because of inequalities in natural endowments. Thus, the ability/satisfaction principle interrupts the translation of inequalities in natural endowments into unequal access to living, accessing, consumption of goods and services. Let us the see the other roots of philosophy in socialism, communism and liberalism: 1. Socialism: the ability/contribution principle is the root of socialism. This is constrained by basic provisions, concerning healthcare, education, and the reproduction of the infrastructure of the economy. 2. Communism: the ability/need principle is the root of communism. This goes far beyond basic needs catering for the condition for everyone’s human flourishing. 3. Liberalism: the ability/rank principle is the root of liberalism. This is constrained by basic provision of rank.
  • 35. Page 32 4. Comboism: the ability/satisfaction principle goes far beyond such everyone’s human flourishing, catering for the condition for everyone’s human quality of life, excellence and fulfillment in action. a. The needs of each person count equally, regardless of the extent of their ability to produce because of inequalities in natural endowments. However, the implementation of the principles is not feasible during the early stage of transition, as moral and political culture is still colored by bourgeois principles of exchange commodities with equivalent value, which disadvantages workers with lower natural talent and there is not yet enough material abundance to support the higher needs of all. It thus makes sense to implement the ability/contribution principle first. Furthermore, it would pave the way for the creation of more desirable distribution schemes by introducing incentives to generate the level of materials abundance that would make the distribution according to needs viable and the real option. b. The satisfaction of each person counts equally, regardless of the extent of their ability to produce because of inequalities in natural endowments. However, the principle’s implementation is not feasible during the early stage of transition, as moral and political culture are still coloured by the superior bargaining power of those in superior class position- disadvantage worker’s with middle bargaining power of those in the middle class position and there is not yet enough materials quality to support the higher rate of satisfaction of all. It thus makes sense to implement the ability/need principle first before implementing the ability/satisfaction principle. Furthermore, it would pave the way for the i. creation of more desirable distributive schemes by introducing incentives to generate the level of material abundance that would make the distribution according to needs viable and, thus, a real option to make sure communism is at its real option expected position ii. creations of higher quality dimensions of distributive schemes or services to generate the level of high quality materials abundance that would make
  • 36. Page 33 distribution according to satisfactions viable, thus, comboism is real option for future society. For instance, china is running towards securing a certain level of state-market-society embeddedness, as embeddedness is one key character of comboism philosophy to create comboinal capitalism, where comboinal capitalism is a framework of the political economy of capitalism in which a country transformed from an economy of owned and controlled by the state or by the market towards one supervised and regulated by the state in combination /assimilation/ with market mechanisms. This time china is exploring the ability to combine political, social and economic culture innovations in developing state capitalism with unique Chinese characteristics. Moreover, the uniqueness of Chinese state capitalism can be conceptualized from the perspectives of: 1. understanding china as a civilized state (vis-à-vis western nation state) that has a unique type of political culture and rationality; 2. examining the resilient capacity of Chinese culture and the Chinese party state in sanitizing and internalizing foreign ideas and practices 3. analyzing the Chinese state-market relationships in which institutional innovations, co-modifications of state power and marketization of public resource play a positive role in securing certain level of state-market-society embeddedness. This perspective is an excellent starting ideology of comboism, since embeddedness is key characteristics of comboism. (Reference: Li Xing and Timothy M. shaw, the political economy of Chinese state capitalism JCIR, vol.1, no.1(2013)) 4. It is because of functionality relationships, but not because of duality or triplicate nature, etc, that we prefer comboism to introduce a new horizon of political, social and economic culture innovation ideology. The reason that the world should follow
  • 37. Page 34 comboism philosophy is because it is the only political, economic and social philosophy that implement three dimensional sphere of influence compared to the other one with the single dimensional sphere of influence. For instance, A. Liberalism stands for individualism B. Socialism stands for the social right C. Communism stands for public interest D. Neoliberalism stands for free market interest E. Developmentalism stands for state control economy F. Capitalism stands for a free market economy G. Comboism stands for all virtue green ideology: state- market-society embeddedness, private-state-public interest embeddedness, individuality-state-sociality embeddedness, and the poor-state-rich (Developmentalism-state- Neoliberalism) embeddedness. For instance, comboism is the state (combination) of Developmentalism and Neoliberalism at equilibrium, and is also the state (combination) of individualism, communism and socialism at triple point equilibrium considered as ‘humanism’ harmonized with technologicalism, as a tool to embedded them. It is impossible to ignore either of them, but logical to bring them together for sustainability, peace, inclusiveness and democracy cases collectively creating satisfaction. This is called an all virtue green ideology. This will overcome the use of half right-half restriction ideology and half freedom-half slave ideology. The government should be the government of all the peoples being poor and/or rich, and being in person and/or in
  • 38. Page 35 sociality. The satisfaction in person should satisfy the social and the satisfaction of the social should satisfy the individual in the social. Who should own? Everyone and every social may own property. It depends on the situation. In our world we can’t get any one free of ownership and any society free of ownership as well as any group free of ownership. Ownership is natural and depends on the wealth of the person, group and the society as far as it is legal. Who should administer? Comboism believes that everyone may administer his/her property, the public property such as market, village, region and the country’s resource and wealth should be together and if any with the consent of the other. The market is the common property of all: state, people and marketers (traders) and is accountable to the law settled together. This follows the principle of both separability and inseparability. Therefore, ‘unity in diversity, egalitarianism, and respect for embracing and celebrating cooperation, synergy, combination, synthesis, reconciliation, consolidation, and togetherness for the benefit of human life’ are core values of comboism. The ‘three dimensional sphere of influence’ is more flexible than one and two dimensional sphere of influence, since the binding energy, force of interaction and motion in 1D and 2D are rigid and restricted with the higher tensional energy of its constituent parts. The tension between government and market is high. Therefore, we need to embed them with the public to be flexible and fairly rational, so that the political economy can flow fairly that everyone may get benefited. But, if we don’t use state-market-embeddedness, the tensional energy is high and sustainable flow of the political economy may not be achieved. Hence, Comboinal Political economy = f(state, market, society) z f(state) z f(market) z f(society). Where, f = function indicating functional combination of peaceful coexistence of terms or things.
  • 39. Page 36 Hence, comboism believes that the comboinal political economy is equal to functional relation of the state-market-society embeddedness, indicating inseparability property-one combination living in peaceful coexistence. Its separability is described by the functional addition, indicating three different combinations each with one dimensional sphere of influence: Comboinal Political economy = f(state, market, society) = f(state) + f(market) + f(society) and f(state) f(market) f(society). The other key property of comboism is its coordinated property of three dimensional frameworks. It is not loosely, but with great coordination development nature that has inclusive space. On the other hand, comboism is an ideology based on credibility, political capital and political gravity that benefit cultural, political, economic and social value through the assimilation of state, market and society as they solidify party bonds with every community ties what it means state-market-society embeddedness? 1. The state needs to follow state capitalism 2. The market needs to follow big firm and entrepreneur capitalism 3. The society needs to nurture and cultivate their cultural innovations and unique characteristics The structure of comboism as an ideology: comboism is made up of three constituents: a. Individuality around its centre determining its character, b. Sociality at its centre determining its identity and c. The national economic resource at its centre determining its neutrality These combinations make a comboism powerful discrete stream of consciousness due to its formulation (spirit) like the powerful atoms: its character is determined by the negative electron, its identity determined by its positive proton and its neutrality determined by its neutron. The mass of comboism is determined by the centre composed of the mass society and national economic resource. The “centre” of comboism as an ideology comprises both the “societal and the resource” like the nucleus of the atom, which comprises both “proton and neutron”. The
  • 40. Page 37 surrounding path is like the orbit of an atom through which individuals move around to work like the electrons move around the nucleus. The circular surrounding path in comboism is considered as “market” like the “orbit” of an atom considered as the circular surrounding path around the nucleus of an atom.
  • 42. Page 39 2.4 Dialectical Relationship in Dialectical Combination “Today’s world: “is not divided into different sets of elements, but into different sets of relations…”. He created the foundation of holistic approach: objects in focus of analysis are not being differentiated by its nature; they are not essentially different, but their essence is the same.” We can only make differences between the types of relations important for certain phenomena. Thus, the world around can be explained as the stable tissue of occurrences in which different types of relations replace one another, overlap and merge until they finally determine the structure of the tissue.” Heisenberg, Werner, 1998, pp. 84-85 In a human ecoensemble formed through dialectical combination, ‘relationship’ is a key character resulted from the presence of interaction, interpenetration and interconnectedness measured in terms of ‘energy and information flowing, sharing, transferring and cycling’. Relationships become the important foundation for the work that is asked of the workers in any organization. It can be defined ‘self-renewing provinces, nations and countries as places that are governed by relationships. Any villages, province, regions and countries in general should be envisioned as ‘collaborative places’ where the societies and people ‘come together’ to solve their pressing issues and work with passion to make them better. The purpose of ‘harmony of Relationship functionalization’ is to reduce and even make zero isolation, separation and breakdown in a given country. Building neighborship, relationship, nearness, kinship and closeness is a complicated process that takes skills, patience and time to develop. Relationship does not come as a natural consequence of working together in a school, universities, office, organizations, institutions, villages, provinces, regions and whole country. It must be taught, learned, nurtured, and supported until it replaces fragmentation, breakdown, separation and isolation. Moreover, relationship is not without conflict and thus, there must be culture of resolving disputes and reaching consensus, solution excellence and reconciliation sufficiency. Trust is the green seed anywhere that feeds the culture and the culture feeds the green trust; the two interact greenly. Green Trust is the building block for people who can begin to believe again that their ‘green relationship’ matters to change their live positively. The vision of relationship is to use ‘human talent and proficiency for ‘growth and change’, avoiding the ceiling effect of learning that people have when they learn in isolation. Leaders make a difference as they strive to create environments that empower people and foster relationships that develop egalitarianism
  • 43. Page 40 and synergy as a function of dialectical combination. Green Relationship in combination evolves as people in combination build capacity for shared leadership during which structural changes are not enough to change the deeper cultural changes (McLaughlin Talbert, 2006) but also learning together is needed by which shared practice is built, and norms for interaction begin to shape and change the way green relationship is conducted everywhere. And hence, Learning (together) is a foundation for green relationship to develop and mature. Moreover, the parameters used to measure the performance of relationship in combination are energy and information flow, shared and exchanged among the peoples in combination strengthening their ring of connectivity to undergo peaceful dialogue, debate and discussion for creating peace, security, prosperity, civilization and coexistence. And thus the formula is given by: Green relationship = energy x information flow and sharing sufficiency x magnitude of green = (mass) (idea)2 (information) (magnitude of green) = (mass) (information) (magnitude of green) (idea)2 Where, energy is the ability to do work; mass could be human and materials resource involved in creating green relationship; information sufficiency is sufficient knowledge, news or something to be told flown, shared and exchanged in a great coherence and harmony of function among the people living in peaceful combination; an idea squared is a leading ideology or characteristic thinking to develop political, economic and culture theories to be practiced for ‘growth and change policy developments’, considered as foundations for prosperity, civilization and peaceful coexistence. Furthermore, the magnitude of green is measured based on the degree of effectiveness of human resource use; material resource consumption, restoration and recycling culture; application and usefulness of the ideology; information usefulness, clarity and delivery qualities. Relationship must not fragile and if it is fragile, its foundation is not green. As a result, validating and certifying green relationship in combination is understood and measured using green energy to do zero (low) conflict green work, information sufficiency to lead green movement and green proficiency to cultivate egalitarianism and synergy among the people living in combination. Moreover, green relations and relationships are great foundations of complementarity, combination, synergy and embeddedness in formulating Tandem government by aligning political parties to come together into common point, segment and common sense on the affairs of their country they are striving for. Such common point, segment and common sense
  • 44. Page 41 that political parties must align are declaring peace; prohibiting war; securing sovereignty of individuals, people and country at large; public unification, constitutionalism, declaration of full set of rights and duties; shared administration and management; public power equalization; leading political party ruling (leadership) validation as a function of tandem election, combining spherical coordinate legislature and executive relations (not linear, not Cartesian and not triangular); shared values and practices; government of constitution by the constitution for the constitution, constitutional government, constitution of the people by the people for the people; political party of the people and the constitution by the people and the constitution for the people and the constitution. Tandem election is an election by which ruling political party leader for presidency or prime minister Candidacy is approved by the political party members and finally authorized by the people. Moreover, green relationships need quantum motion of fluidicity in creating ‘Tandem government’ that follows quantum principles enabled by quantum egalitarian and synergy leadership, administration and management. The Quantum Government itself for the formation of Tandem government relies upon the emergence of unique solutions, ideas, and insights through the Self sharing of all members aligning their individual skills sets, talents, insights, personal experiences, and individual identities with the values and goals of the enterprise. To embrace the model requires a sense and explanation into what the major interconnected features of the Motion of Fluidicity diagram mean (Dale S. Deardorff DM. and Greg William, 2006). 1. Trust: The inclusion into Communities-of Practice, with a sense of openness to Self- awareness and Personal courage. 2. Values: A perspective of Ownership, based upon positive values established from unquestioned Integrity, Accountability for the Self actions of the members.
  • 45. Page 42 Z X Y Think Together Trust Values Learning Spirit Dialog Synergy Egalitarianism Stewardship Diagram of a new mental model of interconnections and fluidicity for Tandem governments 3. Think Together: The ability to fully leverage synergy and exponential thought (realizing magnitudes more value from the output [ideas] through collective thought and problem solving). 4. Learning: The ability to experience Single loop, double loop and Quantum learning. 5. Dialog: An open Consciousness in communication, a Self-Presence and the ability to move through Paradigms. 6. Spirit: A Vision which is perceivable, the understanding of Personal balance and the practice of Stewardship (commitment to serving the needs of others that emphasizes the use of openness and persuasion, rather than control). NB. “Tandem Government has three mind characteristics: synergy, egalitarianism and stewardship and six legs: trust, values, thinks together, dialog and spirit so that it is an umbrella of all by all for all.”
  • 46. Page 43 “Synergy is defined by Curley (1998, p. 70) in (Dale S. Deardorff DM. and Greg William, 2006) as “...an evolving phenomenon that occurs when individuals work together in mutually enhancing ways toward a common goal.” Synergy Leaders must take the responsibility for helping to establishing the environment where this kind of enhancing can take place. The Synergy Leader provides a template or mental model for a system to use as a basis for a proposed architecture. The fundamental principle of synergy can be defined as, “The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects. When we say “Two heads are better than one” we are acknowledging the power of synergy. The byproduct is an evolving phenomenon that occurs when individuals work together in mutually enhancing ways toward a common goal.” (adapted from Curley, 1998 in Dale S. Deardorff DM. and Greg William, 2006) Egalitarianism is defined as believing on and advocating equal rights for all and making equal rights for all at the center of any political movement. Stewardship assumes first and foremost, a commitment to serving the needs of others. It also emphasizes the use of openness and persuasion, rather than control.” Peter Block (author of Stewardship and The Empowered Manager) has defined stewardship as “holding something in trust for another.” It is also defined as a theme of the Spirit characteristic in the Motion of Fluidicity model which demonstrates. The word ensemble is closely related to synergy, egalitarianism and stewardship. And thus it can be defined an ensemble as “bringing together...”; an arrangement of things so related or interconnected which can form a unity or organic whole...; e.g., a number of bodily organs “acting together...”, typically seen as the circulatory collection and network of systems. Jane Barrash pointed great quotations in his paper ‘QUANTUM LEADERSHIP IN AN EVOLUTIONARY NEW PARADIGM’ Presented at the 20th annual Association on Employment Practices and Principles conference, Vancouver, BC; October 3-5, 2012. 1. “It’s become apparent that the brain has not only the ability to mobilize and make available some three dozen secretions, but also the ability to mobilize and make available these secretions in combination. This means the prescribing power of the brain is limitless; it has available to itself thousands of combinations of secretions that it can pour into the human blood stream and what makes the human species unique is that the
  • 47. Page 44 attitudes have a great deal to do with the prescribing power.” Norman Cousins Former associate professor of Medicine at UCLA, author Anatomy of an Illness. [16, p.9] 2. Living united becomes more than a slogan, but it is balanced by an understanding of boundaries. We need leaders to help model and operationalize this new degree of choice, this new balance between insight and oversight, control and adaptability. Leaders who can bring a new level of optimism based on a paradigm of increased potential and on reducing fear, building a sense of interconnectedness and creating more hard-working love in this world, developing our fullest capacities to create something wonderful together out of thin air. 3. Since the late 1600's we've had a paradigm defined by Newtonian and Cartesian science with a focus on what can be physically measured, publicly observed and repeatedly tested. That paradigm is also called mechanistic because it views the universe as running like a big machine, materialist because the world is seen to be made up of physical matter, rational (from ration, focus on analysis of parts), and empirical (focus on what can be measured through 5 physical senses). 4. ~ All things are interconnected: Our eyes see only a tiny sliver of the light spectrum. We don’t see the interconnections so we see each other (and things) as separate. The Cartesian, mechanistic, rational paradigm has steered us into many walls of anxiety and overwhelm, isolation and incarceration. It's time for entering a new universe of possibility, where the inner world is a gold mind and self-discovery leads to a new sense of relationship to everyone and everything else. 5. Overwhelming indications are that people want leadership that unites, inspires and engenders a love that can transcend/resolve our divisions. A love of serving the greatest good, not who/what makes us feel good…a love of bridging and inclusion, not compartmentalization and exclusion. Reference 1. Dale S. • 49. Page 46 2.5 The Three Big Logics of sharing and integrity in dialectical Comboism Integrity and sharing are functionally interpenetrating dual characters of connectivity. No integrity no sharing; no sharing no integrity; finally no connectivity at all! There are three logics of sharing and integrity in dialectical comboism. 1. The instrumental logic of sharing and integrity makes dialectical comboism as an all- embracing organization whose extraordinary rationale is to Solve The Perceived Problems facing the governments, associated with an increasingly multi-ethnicity induced conflict; environmental problems and risks; social dislocation and threats to social and welfare arrangements; crime and security threats, civil war, and economy expansion and diffusion inducing conflict of interest on the region. Legitimacy of integrity depends on the ability to solve problems effectively and the capacity to deliver the goods that people demand (cf. Scharpf 1999). Division of powers and competences, access to security, sustainability and economic integrity are some aspect of instrumental logic of sharing and integrity. 2. The contextual logic of sharing and integrity conceives of dialectical comboism as a more of A Value-Based People in which the different nationality modes of commitment and identification are to be harmonized via harmony of functions and liberation of humankind. The success of the dialectical comboism depends upon developing a shared identity and a value basis for integrating different conceptions of the good life, and a diverse range of societal interests (cf. Miller 1995). The culture of political equality, equity, freedom, inclusion, justice and protection, prosperity, civilization, democratization and peaceful coexistence are some of the contextual logic of sharing and integrity in dialectical comboism. For instance, the parliamentary congress of the federal democratic republic Ethiopia (FDRE) shall respect the equality of all individuals as founders and all public formations as superstructures before the constitution as well as their national identities, inherent in their fundamental structures, political and constitutional, inclusive of regional and local self-government’. The commitment to universal values expressed above is thus combined with a strong commitment to countrial
  • 50. Page 47 identity of Ethiopianism. This latter commitment is combined with new provisions to strengthen countrial democracy in FDRE matters via developing dialectical reason of understanding, accepting and recognizing. This is done through making regional and local governments’ parliamentary-congress more involved in the decision-making processes at parliamentary-congress level of FDRE. 3. The communicative logic of sharing and integrity conceives of the dialectical comboism as a Rights-Based Discourse and Ideology also known as ‘rightocracy’ to mean ‘combined rights’ authority’. a. It is premised on the recognized need for continuing the process of institution building at the political level. b. It envisions a wider, cosmopolitan conception of democracy. c. It is premised on the notion that in order to obtain legitimacy, decision-makers will be forced to pay attention to a wide range of popular opinions. d. The dialectical comboism, in this view, is in need of direct legitimating and a firmer basis of popular participation than the one provided for by the democratic processes at the state level. Here the integration process hinges on the ability to set up a fair ensemble of cooperation founded on basic rights and democratic procedures for deliberation and decision-making. e. The third logic of integrity envisions a pattern of integration that is responsive to normative pressure and communicative power. This notion entails that the deliberations that emanate from a multitude of public spheres are channeled into and shaped, transformed, and tested by a set of basic individual rights and democratic procedural arrangements. Rights are legally institutionalized relations of universal respect for the autonomy and dignity of persons. f. Indicators of the third logic of integrity refer to the further delineation of a set of civil and political rights that permit Ethiopians to conceive of themselves as constitutional actors; an ongoing commitment to those legal and political institutional reforms that are conducive to the furtherance of post-countrial
  • 51. Page 48 constitutional patriotism, including representative and accountable institutions; all-embracing constitutional deliberation; and the explicit recognition that the legitimacy of the Ethiopia is founded on a constitutional structure that appeals to fundamental principles of justice. g. The objective is to try to sort out more clearly which principal alternatives the peoples of Ethiopia are faced with, with onus on the best match possible between the relevant normative and empirical dimensions. This is important in order to clarify the nature of the choices, the costs and the benefits that can be associated with each logics of integrity and sharing. It is also a way to substantiate the implicit hypothesis that the third strategy is the most viable. In empirical terms, this will spring from a mutually supportive process, where constitution-making is carried forth so as to establish an Ethiopian citizenship based on entrenched political rights, reformed decision-making procedures, and clearer divisions of competences along vertical and horizontal lines, that is, between the Ethiopian institutions and the member regional states (vertical) and among the institutions at the countrial level (horizontal).
  • 53. Page 50 2.6 Philosophy of ‘No One Size, Direction or Ideology Fits All’ Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life. Think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success. That is way great spiritual giants are produced. - Swami Vivekananda The ultimate goal of comboism is to reach complete conflict transformation. This complete transformation requests not one, but so many possible ideologies in different paths, size, direction, ways, energies and ability by bringing them together. This combination of a plurality of ideas is important to create enough synergy and all virtue green ideology ultimately reaches the goal of complete transformation. The reason that our world couldn’t able to eliminate conflict is because of the existing ideologies that declare the half-freedom –half slavery democracy. Now, it is time to adopt the half the freedom-virtue circle of the existing ideologies and time to eliminate their half slavery vicious circle, creating a full freedom ideology. It is because of the half freedom –half slavery ideologies that I design the title of ‘No one size fits all needs, interests and desires, No one direction fits all needs; interests and desires; No one path fits all needs; interests and desires; No one ideology fits all needs; interests and desires;’ etc. No one size fits all means the size of one man is different from the size of the other man. For instance, the need of the rich is different from the needs of the poor. The need to create economic empowerment to the poor needs different ideology from the ideology required to create economic empowerment of the rich. To empower the poor we may need Developmentalism, but to empower the rich we may need to use Neoliberalism. Here, as Developmentalism may not fit the rich, Neoliberalism may not fit the poor too. Similarly, social democrat may fit the purpose of solidarity, but liberal democracy may not achieve such solidarity. Social democracy fits to fulfill libertarian right of the unprotected, weak and lower class, but liberal democracy doesn’t fit the libertarian right of the unprotected lower class. Furthermore, communism fits public interest, but it doesn’t fit private interest. Liberal democracy fits private interest, but it doesn’t fit public
  • 54. Page 51 interest. This thought us clearly the currently existing ideologies deliver half- freedom, but also half restriction (slavery). As a result, it is true that ‘no one ideology fits all human desires needs and interests’. ‘No one size fits all’. No one direction fits all’. ‘No one path fits all’. But, an all virtue green ideology fits all human desires, needs and interests.’ And this is called “COMBOISM”. Therefore, ‘Comboism fits all.’ This is the reason that I named it ‘Comboism is the new democratic republic of an all virtue green ideology’. There were many republics, but now we need new DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC of the heart and mind that eliminates the half restrictions in all the previous republics of non-green ideologies. The word ‘green’ is to indicate that ‘our green environment is from our green ideology’. If we have no green ideology, we can’t have green environment. Similarly, “our green economy is from our green ideology.” If we have green ideology, we can have green economy, but if we haven’t green ideology, we can’t realize our goals of green economy. Additionally, it is our green ideologies that help us deliver green education to our learners. Our green chemistry ideology is the great power that helps us deliver green chemistry education. Moreover, the transcend approach try to interpret the slogan of ‘No one ideology fits all’ as follows. a. Only one ideology is not enough to reach complete conflict transformation, but combinations of ideologies b. Only one ideology is not enough to bring complete solutions of complete conflict transformation, but combinations of range of ideologies c. Only one ideology is not enough to satisfy human needs, interests and desires, but combination of range of ideologies d. Complete transformations, satisfaction, solutions and fulfillments are through many possible sequential discrete paths, sizes, directions, ways, ideologies, energies and power. Hence, comboinal policy of ‘No one size, direction or ideology fits all’ is key philosophical policy in comboism. For instance, working and investing only on agriculture can’t solve all problems of a given country. Working or investing on materials need doesn’t solve all issues existing in a given country. In
  • 55. Page 52 similar fashion, the state alone can’t solve all human problems. On the other hand, the market can’t solve all human interests at the market. Therefore, it is comboinal philosophical ideology based solutions that bring complete solutions to the complete conflict transformations. Hence, comboism requests a comprehensive diversity of specialized economic zones, specialized innovation and technology development zones, specialized entrepreneur spirits and social networks, specialized quality assurance and standards, specialized investments, specialized free trade zones, specialized high technology industry developments, specialized truism zones, specialized animal production zones, specialized crop production, specialized energy generation zone, specialized import-export production zones, specialized intellectuals training zones, specialized military zones, etc. therefore, the new ‘No one thing fits all’ policy will revise the old ‘One thing fits all’ policy. Some examples of ‘One thing fits all’: conservatives believe that peace through balance of power, while liberals believe that peace through rule of law. However, based on the policy of ‘No one thing fits all’, balance of power is not enough to ensure democracy. Similarly, rule of law alone couldn’t ensure democracy without the balance of power. It is the combination of rule of law and balance of power that have power to ensure full democracy, indicating comboism is best candidate to ensure full democracy compared to liberalism and conservatives as well as communism and social democrats since they are partial democrats with half restriction range of ideologies. Great slogans in comboism: No man is created with only one eye! No man is created with only one leg! No man is created with only one hand! No man is created with only one ear! No man is created with only one teeth! No man is created with only one mind! Our world is made up of combinations of solid, gas and liquid!
  • 56. Page 53 The job of eye can’t be done with the hand! The job of our hand can’t be done with our leg! The job of ear can’t be done with the use of eye! The job of mind can’t be done with the heart! The job of the heart can’t be done with the use of the mind! Every part has its own job! The success of human is the success of all its parts (eye, ear, heart, mind, leg, hand, etc)! Complete success is from the success of complete combinations! 2.7 Philosophy of ‘Crossing the River and the Ocean’ My grandfather, Eyes-that-Sparkle, told our tribe, ‘‘Never cross a river until you come to it.’’ But in my generation, the world is owned by those who have made the crossing in their imagination far ahead of the crowd. —Grey Owl (Archibald Belaney) You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea. - Medgar Evers Comboism believes that there are many challenges to human being considered like the big rivers and big oceans to be crossed. Crossing these rivers and oceans ensure peace, sustainable life and standard of living. The river and the ocean are representing the great potential barriers acting as source of poverty and life instability, damaging our economy, development and civilization not to move forward into sustainability and standard of living. The comboist world is world of peace, sustainability and standard of living. All these are indication of life liberty and quality of life (living). Now, thinking how to cross the river and the ocean to demonstrate the comboist world and reach the world of peace, sustainability and standard of living becomes great issue and concern. Different people may suggest different solutions to cross the river and the ocean. For instance, One may suggest waiting until the flood pass or using other direction with no flood and ocean Others may suggest fixing big stones at the river and ocean and passing by jumping from one fixed stone to the other fixed stone. During this, waiting for some time and passing through the fixed big stones after passing the higher amount of flood.
  • 57. Page 54 Others may suggest building a bridge so that freely moving through the bridge Others may suggest training the swimmers so that everyone may get training how to cross the flood in the river and the ocean by swimming using the swimming jacket. Others may suggest manufacturing boats and Others may suggest air plane The strategies and policies to crossing and passing the bottleneck challenges and barriers for human peaceful life, civilization, development and prosperity is like the strategies and policies to cross and pass the river and the ocean. Different scholars, scientists and leaders may suggest different strategies and policies to cross and pass the bottleneck challenges and barriers to peaceful living, civilization, development and prosperity. In the issue of crossing and passing the river and the ocean, there are keywords such as waiting, changing another way or direction, fixed stones, the bridge, the swimmers, the training and trainees, the boat and ship, the plane, etc. consequently, what should be these keywords to cross and pass the challenges and barrier to civilization, development, prosper, and peaceful life? How should human beings penetrate the potential barriers limiting life-liberty and quality of living is key issue that need to be solved and shouldn’t be missed. If I were one of the candidates to answer this great question, then I was able to suggest the following solutions. 1) Building robust specialized institutions 2) Building and training philosophers/intellectuals’ power house 3) Building robust sector technology powerhouse 4) Building the power of organizing in three dimensions that enable mutual feeding 5) Requirement engineering power house 6) Building a robust systemic network of organizations 7) Building a robust reserve and saving power house 8) Building precision at work
  • 58. Page 55 N.B All these tactics, strategies and policies are going to enable human and democratic rights and collectively demonstrating tactics, strategies and policies of the comboist manifesto. 1) Building robust specialized institutions: such institutions are the key to engineer and transform a country’s democracy, economy, politics and civilization. These institutions may be: a. Specialized economic institutions b. Specialized democracy cultivating and nurturing institutions c. Specialized peace-building and keeping institutions d. Specialized agricultural institutions e. Specialized truism cultivating and nurturing institutions f. Specialized water harvesting zones g. Specialized energy harvesting zones h. Specialized health institutions i. Indigenous knowledge and wisdom nurturing special institutions j. Special centre of civilizations 2) Building and training philosophers/intellectuals power house: training intellectuals that can penetrate the potential barriers of civilization, development and peace building. This strategy may be enabled via establishing sector intellectual power house for each and every sector. In this case, the intellectuals are the key engine to drive each and every sector. The expected intellectuals should be self-cleaning, greening and robust scholars. Such scholars are not only engine of transformation, but also like the fixed stones, boats and air plane on top of them the mass people are passing and crossing the potential barriers to development, civilization and peace. 3) Building robust sector technology power house: technology is nothing, but a means to simplify human life or to create sustainable, simple, green and safe for better life.
  • 59. Page 56 Adoption and innovation make technology easy to expand and reach human related challenges. Hence, human life style transformation is fast if adoption and innovation are implemented, but waiting for invention and discovery make it slow to expand and time taking. At the time where adopted and innovated technology for transformation, invention and discovery are required to overcome saturation and create another new life style. So, building sector technology power house is responsible for technology dynamism to continue and create new life standard of living. Thus, technology is a means to reach great civilization. Civilization is simplified human life or standard of life. 4) Building the power of organizing in three dimensions that enable mutual feeding: development should range from small project up to large mega project. These projects should be organized in the way they can mutually be feed each other. The small project should feed the medium one and the medium project should feed the larger mega project. This way of organizing projects, institutions and organizations as well as systems have the ability of confirming real development. 5) Requirement engineering power house: The great advantage of ability/satisfaction principle in comboism ideology is due to its ‘innovative character’ ranged from: a. ability/need to need/requirement engineering b. need/requirement engineering to requirement engineering/satisfaction 6) Building robust systemic network of organizations: This network helps create robust communication, productivity and mutualism. 7) Building robust reserve and saving power house: This power house is key quality. Establishing robust reserve and saving power house can be in economy, energy, power, defense, security or generally political, economic and human capital reserve and saving are essential. 8) Building precision at work: unless precision at work is realized, the goals of quality, excellence and fulfillment in action can’t be realized. Therefore, precision at work is the origin of satisfaction.

Page 57 2.8 Radical Revolution of Values and Demonstrating Green Behavioral Change Martin Luther King called each of us to join together to undergo a radical revolution of values and to conquer racism, materialism, and militarism. William P. Quigley Loyola University New Orleans School of Law Unless we win over hate and division, hate and division will win over us! Tabism “Nothing can be radically changed, without the radical change of the dominant thought (without the radical change in the way of thinking).” Žarko Pai Certainly, the revolution is happening through evolutionary development of new way of thinking! Veselin Vukotic, University of Donja Gorica In addition to excellence in an idea or ideology, governments should excellence in the core values and instrumental values of the ideologies in ‘demonstrating behavioral change to their citizens’ since ‘values’ have the power to create ‘a wave’ that can eliminate the leadership and its core ideology. This is like 1) the idea or ideology understood as an ocean; 2) the values understood as a wave in the ocean and the leadership understood as a ship floating on the ocean fighting against the wave to keep its survival, motion and balance. But the government shall not only “excellent but also enough”. The means the leader may be excellent ideologically, but also must be enough practically to win over enemies. The new idea shall not only be a good one but also enough to offer significant benefits and savings over the old idea. For instance, green ideology of carbon free policy is excellent because it is enough to create green and sustainable healthier world of our environment. Such things are played by green core values and instrumental values in addition to the green ideology. A given Governments’ core values and instrumental values to build a bond among its people are big 24 keys in the new world of dialectical comboism: all these are means of harmony of function. 1. Humanity: there is nothing beyond humanity that unifies human beings because we all are human that we shouldn’t accept failure of others for the benefit of ours. Humanity leads to win-win finishing, which is free of selfishness and ignorance. As a human, ‘being and knowledge of being’ comes first in sequence to create great cement of unification in a combination. Humanity is the base for human greatness; if you don’t accept and recognize it, it is failure to breathe your last breath!
