Beside our fully automated wheel inspection XW 26 V11,
with this product info sheet, we introduce our new
generation of Ultra Lean - Maximum Flexibility - Manual
Solution for the inspection of all kind and sizes of
aluminium wheels.
We call it XW 26 M V09.
Wheel Parameters
✓ wheel size: ø 12’’ to 26.5’’
✓ wheel height: max. 350 mm
✓ wheel weight: max. 80 kg
✓ max. material thickness: 100 mm
XW 26 M V09 combines minimum footprint, maximum flexibility and extreme wide range of wheel types
and sizes with the excellence of machine design.

3. Manual Wheel Inspection
Thanks to its C-Frame technology, XW26 M V09 reaches all
necessary inspection areas without any dead-zones.
High performed fully controlled servo axes makes it one of
the most efficient offline wheel inspection systems.
Based on its integrated telescopic drawer XW26 M V09 can
be used in total mix-production of different wheel sizes
without any delay.

Image Processing Software
The user interface of the image processing
software is structured very straightforward, and a
lot of visual tools support the user to apply to the
specific wheel type within short time and in an
intuitive and easy to learn fashion.
The human machine interface is designed
according to the rules of ergonomic workplaces
and is to be used for regular operation as well as
teach-in process.
Especially during teach-in process the operator
needs a good view into the machine and onto
the wheel while it is being moved into the specific
positions.
