Threat Analysis Capabilities
● The SysCloud product now has an improved
Threat Analysis capability
● Admins can now see Threat Analysis Reports
and analyze threats by:
○ Keyword
○ Document file
○ E-mail or Chat file
○ User
● This will help admins easily identify true positives
and gain further insight on critical threats

Threat Analysis Capabilities
● Users can view the new threat analysis
capabilities through the compliance
dropdown menu
● To the right is an example of threat
analysis by user
● Here, admins can see which users
have the highest amount of violations,
then click into the violations
● This will help admins easily identify true
positives and gain further insight on
critical threats

time
● Progress and trend
reporting are now
available over a daily
and monthly basis
● Admins can view
progress and trends
from the click down
threat cards in the
threat center

understand

over “violation details” to
see exact match results
● In doing this, admins will
no longer need to “preview
document” or click
“violation details”

Policy Violation Capabilities
● In addition to existing actions, admins can now
○ Mark as false positive
○ Star or unstar
○ Dismiss
○ Remove Quarantine
○ Provide custom reasons when granting an exception
○ Mark as resolved

Policy Violation Capabilities
● When an admin sees a policy violation
and decides to apply encryption or
remove sharing privileges, he or she will
now see a pop up to “mark as resolved”
● When a violation is marked as resolved, it
will be removed from the current violations
page
● Resolved violations will be available by
the “resolved” filter

Threat Progress Emails
● Admins can now receive daily progress
emails
● These emails show how much progress the
organization is making in mitigating threats
● Admins can now view exact violations via
email (containing document names and email
subject names) without logging into the
SysCloud application

BackUp Enhancements
● Stop initiated restore option (admin and user level)
● Additional Status Information for domain and users
○ Dashboard, domain settings page, manage user page
