I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sylwia Talalaj here at CDW for about a year now. She has not only
been a tremendous asset to our Licensing team, but also the sales account managers we support. Sylwia
was always in a positive mindset which is of critical importance to the teams. Her attitude is always
positive regardless of the challenges and difficulties we faced. Sylwia learned quickly and worked hard.
Sylwia would go out of her way to provide her assistance in crunch time. She really exhibits an
exemplary approach to the benefit of the team. That said, in my opinion, it’s in the true sense of the
slogan, “It’s Teamwork that makes the Dream work” is a perfect example of how Sylwia interacts with
her co-workers. Sylwia always has a friendly disposition which indeed makes her co-workers feel the
warmth of the family atmosphere that has made CDW one of the top corporations in the US to work for.
In my 13 years of working in a corporate environment, Sylwia will be remembered as one of my favorite
associates. It’s a true pleasure to be associated with her & I’m sure that many of our teammates share
this sentiment.

I have worked with Sylwia Talalaj for the past year. She always made herself readily available for
any extra work that I needed help with. Sylwia has always been extremely helpful and reliable when it
came to any Adobe licensing. Regardless of what was going on, if I had an Urgent request I knew that I
could rely on Sylwia to get the job done. She would run all Adobe quote reports as well as contacting
account managers to make sure that all orders were placed and processed to assure as many orders to
get closed as possible. She would stay late and come in early when needed to make sure that the work
was always completed. She has been a true asset to the Adobe team.
Sylwia is definitely a team player. Her knowledge, patience and drive for success would truly be
an asset to any position that she is in and anyone would be extremely lucky to have her.
