7. Our Rates
Our annual services charges are as under for Permanent Hiring :-
➢ 8.33 % of Across all Levels
➢ 2% Extra for Prequalification
➢ 2% Extra for Background Verification
➢ 7 %- 8.33% for Campus Hiring for all streams
• Components included in the gross salary are: Basic Salary, House Rent
Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Medical Allowance, Leave Travel
Allowance and Provident Fund.( As applicable from client end)
• The bill of our services will be raised within one week of the joining of the
candidate & it shall be deemed payable within 30 days.
• GST applicable 18%

8. Suitability
• We stand service guarantee for 3 months(90 days) from the date of joining of
the candidate in your organisazation
• The above condition shall not apply, if for any reason whatsoever, the
candidates service is terminated from your organization.
• As copy of the appointment letter issued to the Candidate should be provided
to us on his/ her joining for raising the bill.
• The agreement is valid for 24 months from the date of signing. It can,
however, be terminated by either party by giving one months notice in
writing.
