I Believe organization is living Entity and my aim is,
- To see things which are unseen (Hidden) in the organisation.
- To speak future based language which beneficial to clients
- To listen things which are not spoken , means identifying individuals attitude and
behavioural impact on the organisation. By doing so…
I can bring forth the right combination of strategy, technical
knowledge and financial understanding which contributes to the
business owners and key people in the organization.
I strongly think that Vision, Mission & Values (VMV) are Brain,
Heart & Soul (BHS) of any organisation. Thus it has to percolate
from Directors to all blue collars in the organisation. Everyone
needs to be aligned towards whatever needed for the
organisation and not for themselves.

• Gear manufacturing Firm-(3EMP001)-Bharat Gears Ltd. – A project that improves
areas such as production planning, labour performance and customer
service.(9 Months)
• Auto OEM – (3EMP002) –Tata Motors Ltd.- A Project delivers record engine
production by means of arranging on time sub assembly system. ( 3 Months)
• Auto OEM- (3EMP003) – Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.- A project that focuses on
commissioning of German Technology, TPM implementation and layout change.
Productivity, quality, cost of products improved substantially.(5 Years)
• Restaurant Industry (3ESP001)- Rassa Restaurant – The project focused on
quality of products, service and pricing. The results were impressive. (1 Year)
• Sheet Metal manufacturer (3EMP004)- Quick Industrial supplies Pvt. Ltd. – Case
study that focuses on better production planning, commissioning of plant in Nagpur
and cost saving by reducing wastages substantially.(8 Months)

• Diversified Auto ancillary firm (3EMP005) –Ukay Metals Pvt. Ltd. – Case study for
this firm is in defining Job Description (JD) across plant. 42 interviews conducted to
improvised job profiles at all management level.(3 Months)
• Plastic manufacturer (3EMP006)–Satish Injecto Plast Pvt. Ltd.- Case study about
revenue increase by 50% in 8 months. Profit margin also improved by
4%.Establishing 5 year strategic plan considering different sectors was appreciated
across board.(8 Month)
• Rubber manufacturer (3EMP007)-Suyog Rubber Pvt. Ltd.- The 1 Year project that
focuses on OEE and Quality improvement. Launching aftermarket brand was key
value driver for the company. (1year)
• Real estate firm (3ESP002) –OMKAR Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. - Case
study about management information flow and how it drives value in company. We
designed review system that follows at 5 different levels in the organisation. This
saves lot of time of top management.( 3 Months)
• Dental clinic chain company (3ESP003) –LHVPL - Case study that defines vision/
mission/ values , systems and processes. Fund raising proposal also initiated to
acquire running practices.(3 Months)
• Agricultural firm ( 3EAP001) – Vecov Pvt. Ltd. -Creation of Brand across India .
Strategy is already in place and company will likely to grab record revenues every
