Partnership brochure.
1. Pure Arrow ...serving our great nation
PURE ARROW
52 Albion Street, First Floor Albion Building, Corner R. Mugabe and L.Takawira,
Harare, Zimbabwe.
Figures 1 and 2 show examples of the extent of land pollution in the high density areas of Harare, Zimbabwe.
These conditions are grossly unsanitary and increase the rapid spread/outbreaks of infectious diseases, for
example cholera. This project aims to rectify this by cleaning up the high density areas and to, as much as is
possible, engage the local communities to help maintain the cleanliness and above all give the citisens of the
Republic of Zimbabwe in those areas hope for the future.
INTRODUCTION:
The city of Harare is increasingly being
polluted by its inhabitants and PA
intends to reduce one of the forms of
pollution (littering) by conducting a
clean up which will involve clearing
current litter and installing waste bins
(200L) in and around the city. The
project (Marara Mubhini) will see at
least one thousand (1000) bins
installed in the city of Harare
(Zimbabwe) thus, creating a cleaner
and safer environment for everyone.
