necessaryadditionalequipment,meals,beveragesorcomputerequipmentandconference
lines.)
 ApprovingtimesheetsinClaritysoftware forCIOandDirectReports.
 Performed confidential TPAF’sproceduresforpayincreasesand title/organizational changes.
 Performedall necessaryproceduresfor legal ITcontracts frominceptiontocompletion.
1. Reviewedcontractsforany grammatical errorsor editsforCIO.
2. Performedany dutiesnecessarytomake editstoanycontracts if necessary.
3. Preparedcontractsfor final executionbyCIOandmembersof Finance Department.
4. Sentany contracts to clientorotherdepartmentsif necessary.
5. Enteredscannedversionof contractintothe Share Pointsite.
