Prepared questionnaires for children across three age groups and acquired responses from a
sample set of children/parents chosen for the study. Wrote a brief summary on the research
findings. Macmillan undertook decisions regarding the introduction of new books in the Indian
market in 2000 based on this write-up.
• Sushma has dedicated 6-years to focused studies, research, and learning for the national UPSC
