Strategy Strategic Plan Where you want to go and how you plan to get there Mission Statement (this is a fictitious company for discussion purposes) Who and what you are The mission of Cogito Electronics, Inc is to provide children in New England with the opportunity to increase their intellectual abilities through an engaging and interactive environment. Cogito is dedicated to maintaining continuous growth in R&D to assist our clients to improve their quality of learning. Our intended outcome is to help strengthenchildren cognitive ability. 5
