o Every Individual has many personal documents
that should be owned carefully with much care
and responsibility, if it’s taken outside for
reference, it should be carried with much safety.
o All the personal details are scattered and very
difficult to remember all the time. It will be fine if
it’s integrated at one place, so as to easily avail
and produce whenever required.

anytime and to anyone.

• This App runs on all operating platform such as Android,
Windows and IOS.
• This App assures of safety and security of personal
information.
• It’s available in electronic form.

• Unique Identification Number
• Bank Account Details
• Driving License
• Voter Identity Card

• Individual’s Ration Card
• Birth certificate
• Transfer certificates
• Mark statement
• Degree certificate
• Individual’s Medical information and so on.
• Gas cylinder Booking number – can book here.
• It’s primarily offered to users freely and later on it will
be charged for usage of an App.
• The App needs an Internet connection to function

6. SURVEY
o With the proposal of the ‘An Integrated App’ to meet the
unmet needs of an Individuals, we surveyed 25 people of
different age group to find out the need for our proposal.
Moreover we got a positive response as well.
o Out of Surveying 25 people, 18 responded with yes even
it’s a paid App.
o To conclude, our service proposal has good response and
may capture good market share by having many audience
as well.
