2. BACKGROUND
With the increase in the participation of Nepali Army in various UN Missions,
increase in storage of Logistic items of Currently deployed, Standby and after
the completion of mission .
As per the Geographic as well as Technical aspect, Connectivity and
Availability of land, PSO’s Meeting No. 822 on 2076/10/20 has agreed upon
the establishment of Peace Operation Logistic Center (POLC) in No. 28 Bde,
Jitpur Barrack of Bara District.
