7- Pain Points in the Eco-System
1. Government school lack innovation, infrastructure, to provide sustenance of student's success with
quality assurance. Students lack initiatives and are limited to NCC, Scouts etc. to Motivate students with
activities to develop habits to create a healthy body and environment.
2. Students Alumni return to campus to share experiences for their happiness out of the euphoria of getting
connected with old environment need to be replaced with sharing of industrial experience for the
knowledge sharing in colleges resulting in quality elevation of students.
3. Today's family have very less time after employment work with kids and extended families to develop
values. Alternate committed models need to be realized for the same.
4. Leaders look for opportunities which are commercially viable and lack the initiative to co-ordinate with
government to start ecosystems of development by sharing costs.
5. The retired from employment try to find venues to connect, smile and value add experiences in their life.
6. The students are limited to express empathy to people outside the family in general.
7. Climate change needs thinking beyond inheritance of goods, relationships, luxury and information is a
reality.

• Knowledge Organizations like NCERT, Project Management related institutes to co-exist
at all levels of education.
• Government to introduce a system for monitoring Volunteering activity for nation
building.
• Introduction of reward and recognition system for volunteering as equivalent to
monitoring academic marks as a qualification to volunteering as given to NCC , Scouts
etc. to be introduced by NCERT & Education Boards at center level and state level
• AICTE to Recommended List of Suggested Books in Engineering & Technology and Work
with university curriculum for Stream of project management and scope for PhD.
• Project Management can provide guidance of volunteering work for Education cell as in
the proposal for Education which can guide the syllabus initiatives of the government /
university with project portfolio analysis of subjects and students , employment, growth
of the nation
• Volunteering is only a beginning of sustainable development of nation.

1. Governing Committee : ( Wheel of Volunteering)
1. Will connect and make available the requirements for the leaders to develop strategy of execution for the leadership
2. We incubate each activity protype namely to collaborate, organize, manage, monitor, and see success.
3. Maintain a status monitoring and reporting team of all the volunteering activities and their status and publish the same for transparency.
4. Enable collaboration with the Government / Corporate / Industry associations / NGOs
5. Advisory to the Wheel of Volunteering
6. Improve the impact of vision of the Wheel of Volunteering.

1. will lead each of the stages 1-7 which naming has to be done.
2. One stage can have more than one leaders -stage who are collective responsible.

2. One Cluster can have more than one Associate - region who are collective responsible.

1. Each activity will have 1 team Manager, A cluster will have multiple team members
2. One Team can have more than one Team Manager - region who are collective responsible

1. Team will find the volunteers as per requirements for each activity execution.

What Governments Can do to promote volunteering?
• Set up committee to co-ordinate volunteering at all 7 levels in the organisation
structure from – National – State- District – Blocks- Panchayat / municipality /
corporation – Wards.
• Empower students in school and college, professionals in work place with reward
system through the committees- sponsored or contributed by the infrastructure
setup.
• All education boards to appreciate volunteering marks bestowed on students
while applying for the higher education.
• All employees to get a benefit of tax = Rs xx. Xx for y hours of volunteering as
recognized by the committee.
• The amount of give back will bring in much more productivity and increase in
knowledge build in the country
• Teachers in all levels of education can be a guide for of development of nation.

  • 5. 7- Pain Points in the Eco-System 1. Government school lack innovation, infrastructure, to provide sustenance of student's success with quality assurance. Students lack initiatives and are limited to NCC, Scouts etc. to Motivate students with activities to develop habits to create a healthy body and environment. 2. Students Alumni return to campus to share experiences for their happiness out of the euphoria of getting connected with old environment need to be replaced with sharing of industrial experience for the knowledge sharing in colleges resulting in quality elevation of students. 3. Today's family have very less time after employment work with kids and extended families to develop values. Alternate committed models need to be realized for the same. 4. Leaders look for opportunities which are commercially viable and lack the initiative to co-ordinate with government to start ecosystems of development by sharing costs. 5. The retired from employment try to find venues to connect, smile and value add experiences in their life. 6. The students are limited to express empathy to people outside the family in general. 7. Future of Volunteering: Sustained Benefits for an organisation • Knowledge Organizations like NCERT, Project Management related institutes to co-exist at all levels of education. • Government to introduce a system for monitoring Volunteering activity for nation building. • Introduction of reward and recognition system for volunteering as equivalent to monitoring academic marks as a qualification to volunteering as given to NCC , Scouts etc. to be introduced by NCERT & Education Boards at center level and state level • AICTE to Recommended List of Suggested Books in Engineering & Technology and Work with university curriculum for Stream of project management and scope for PhD. • Project Management can provide guidance of volunteering work for Education cell as in the proposal for Education which can guide the syllabus initiatives of the government / university with project portfolio analysis of subjects and students , employment, growth of the nation • Volunteering is only a beginning of sustainable development of nation. 23

Will connect and make available the requirements for the leaders to develop strategy of execution for the leadership 2. We incubate each activity protype namely to collaborate, organize, manage, monitor, and see success. 3. Maintain a status monitoring and reporting team of all the volunteering activities and their status and publish the same for transparency. 4. Enable collaboration with the Government / Corporate / Industry associations / NGOs 5. Advisory to the Wheel of Volunteering 6. Improve the impact of vision of the Wheel of Volunteering. 2. Leaders: 1. will lead each of the stages 1-7 which naming has to be done. 2. One stage can have more than one leaders -stage who are collective responsible. 3. Associates 1. Will manage the cluster of the organisation implementation 2. One Cluster can have more than one Associate - region who are collective responsible. 4. Team: 1. Each activity will have 1 team Manager, A cluster will have multiple team members 2. One Team can have more than one Team Manager - region who are collective responsible 5. Supporting activity volunteers 1. Team will find the volunteers as per requirements for each activity execution. 24

What Governments Can do to promote volunteering? • Set up committee to co-ordinate volunteering at all 7 levels in the organisation structure from – National – State- District – Blocks- Panchayat / municipality / corporation – Wards. • Empower students in school and college, professionals in work place with reward system through the committees- sponsored or contributed by the infrastructure setup. • All education boards to appreciate volunteering marks bestowed on students while applying for the higher education. • All employees to get a benefit of tax = Rs xx. Xx for y hours of volunteering as recognized by the committee. • The amount of give back will bring in much more productivity and increase in knowledge build in the country • Teachers in all levels of education can be a guide for of development of nation. 25
