DINE WITH WINE
Today wine is immensely popular all over the world. Let us take a
look about how we should take wine to respect what it is
today…….WINE!!
o To begin with, we should be interested about the wine we are
about to take and take a good look at the label when it is being
presented to possibly know much more about the wine.
o Then we should take a good look at the wine and study intensely
it’s color. In this case, red wines can be ruby reds, dark reds, cherry
red or simply pale red.
o The next step is to swirl and oxygenate the wine so that the
aroma is released. The wine is supposed to be NOSED to imbibe
scent and aroma. This is the first sampling of the wine.
o Finally we should take the first gulp of the wine we are about to
have. Ideally, this is when the final approval or disapproval of the
wine is to be given.
