 Assist in Preparation of the Financial Statements, Budgets and Forecasts
 Assist in Preparation of Quarterly Reports, Daily Collection Report and Reports on Variances and provide
financial reports with actual and budget comparison
 Calculate Employee’s Salaries, Deductions and Contributions
 Check Time Sheets for Accuracy and Bonus Calculation
 To make Cost Sheets that have the costing of raw materials cost, production cost.
 Make parties ledgers and yarn sales vouching to check party’s ledgers and reconciliation with our ledgers
to check the received and paid amount. Compile the vouchers in systematic way in computerized
software.
 Make parties head of accounts receivables and payables in journal account
 Contacting customers regarding payments, providing them with Statement of Account, arranging couriers
regarding
 Sending documents, invoices, & collecting cheques, & responding to customer’s inquiries & Requests.
Contacting banks regarding deposits, transfers, payments, details & updates, etc. Registering Assets
