I woke up this morning, and I'd received an email from client Katie (she's a solicitor, 36, with 2 children and a busy job).
This is what she wrote
(I had an image of the email here but basically she’d just got home for Tenerife and had lost 38lbs since we’d started working together)
For most people I'd say that's a pretty good result, some people like "Katie" still want more
Everyone has their own reasons, motivations and goals
"Katie" wants to get a bit leaner but always has the rule that her exercise and nutrition is never allowed to distract her from enjoying her life and spending time with her kids
So what's been the key to her success?
#1. Focus. Katie has 1 main goal each day in the programme I give her. No distractions by what others might say about training and nutrition. She's focused on what she's doing
#2. Strength. Related to the first point, she doesn't get sucked in by anything new and fancy. She knows her strengths and stays in her lane.
#3. Trust. Since we started working together, Katie has trusted me and the process 100%. No searching Google for other answers when she's had a tough week or asking for
advice from others - and it's where most people get it wrong!
#5. Simple. Katie has her training that is the same every week and she keeps most of her meals the same each week just adding new ones here and there and eating out once or
