· Working on a data analytics platform for CPG companies which is a complete assortment solution 
providing the recommendations at a sales man level for Cross Sell, Must Sell and Out of Stock 
scenarios. 
· The platform is built on ‘R’ uses Clients enterprise data, consumer demographic data, Nielsen's 
retrial audit data. The recommendation engine uses algorithms like Logistic Regression, Random 
Forest, Hierarchical Clustering Decision Trees and Time Series forecasting to provide these 
recommendations. 
· Manage statistical models application in live production environment 
· Build predictive models from start to finish (i.e extract data, manipulate data, build model and 
validate model) and then deploy model on real data and track model performance. 
Recalibrate/refresh the models on regular time intervals.

noisy, complex real-world data to identify business insights.
