36. • On screen view of forthcoming Running account settlements in back office
dashboard. It’s a long demanded by our Channel Partners, which we had resolved
last year. Currently we are doing daily settlements so we used to take the gap of
85 to 90 days for next settlement. So whenever the days after last settled cross 75 /
80 as per report you become alert & can utilise the excess fund showing in the
report to avoid settlement. Additionally you must be receiving calls from our
dealing desk to alert you on the same.
•Special offer was given to our Channel Partner’s last year wherein they can extend
there business to new segment other than there existing segment...like if any one
was having Equity they can take Currency or Commodity...without any security
deposit for additional segments.
PAST INITIATIVES
37. • Other than that we offered to support every Channel Partner’s who had availed
the above scheme with financial assistance for initial 6 Months to support them so
that he or she an concentrate on building his or her business. Again we would be
proud to say this was first in India. We tried to do whatever we can to increase the
base of our Channel Partners as initial 6 months are very crucial for any New
Business.
•This scheme and offer was also valid for New Branch, if any of our Channel
Partners were interested to extend his Business by opening New Branch at New
Location. We were supporting in the same way by extending our Financial
Assistance for Initial 6 months.

38. • 8 time Delivery Exposure against Cash or Demat Holding. Again it was first time in
India
• Include POA holding for exchange margin reporting in F&O segment
• Release excess shares from Hold back margin account considering proportionate
debit balance – previously we used to keep total payout shares in holdback
account.
•Trade confirmation from HO to your clients for security & compliance. We request
you to install the voice logger system as early as possible.
•Launched New incentives schemes every month from November last year.
•Free account opening offers as & when required
•Marketing Support like Leaflet and banner to support AP business

39. As we have started New Financial Year 2018~19 we are coming with New Ideas,
Initiatives and Offers for our Channel Partners to take there Business to next level:
• First & foremost, I would like to mention about our new Online KYC platform for
account opening, by which you can onboard you clients 15 minutes. You can
avoid taking 50 signatures on the application form & don’t need to fill the
details manually in all pages. It will be totally online and physical form will be
stopped.
• Website with a new look, easily accessible via web, desktop and Mobile.
Additional Features which are very important in day to day work, yet simple. Just
an example, you will be getting margin calculator facility in our website itself.
• Long standing demand of our Channel Partner’s and Clients,we are coming with
in-house Trading Platform which will be personalized with AI(Artificial
Intelligence) along with whole lots of features, like charts, Mobile Apps etc. other
than NSE NOW

back office.

• Planning to increase of our Gold loan branches from 6 to 10 & from 10 to 100
gradually.
